This time we ended up in mussoorie without much planning and booked itc welcome Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, The Savoy, Mussoorie by chance. But when we reached, it felt like we have time traveled to a different century. Itc welcome Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, The Savoy, Mussoorie is right on the famous mall road, and yet it is completely detached from all the hustle bustle of it. It is a 200 years old hunting lodge converted into a Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, The Savoy, Mussoorie, in fact some of the trees are over 300 years old. The building, wood paneling, the huge chandeliers, furniture and furnishing tells a story of another time. I was obsessed with their dining hall which was wood paneled and had a view of mountains far away. Hotel has comfortable rooms and great food. But what makes it stand out is the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, The Savoy, Mussoorie staff. Each one of them are efficient, well informed and happy to help. All of you made me feel like i am indeed a maharaja here for the week to hunt. I am looking forward to go back here agian

We had an amazing stay at the WelcomWelcomhotel by ITC Hotels, The Savoy, Mussoorie by ITC, The Savoy in Mussoorie. 5 out of 5 stars! The food was exceptional. We particularly enjoyed the "Royal Afghan" restaurant and the "Garhwali Thali". Delicious! The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, The Savoy, Mussoorie's legacy architecture and beautiful botanical garden with its diverse flowers created a stunning atmosphere. The room was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in - spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The staff was amazing, especially Akshita who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful from arrival to departure. The "Writer's Bar" served delicious and creative drinks. After Knowing the history, there was a sacred connection between us and the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, The Savoy, Mussoorie. Every wall, fixture had a meaning, relation to the past. Definitely a place to visit, not once but everytime you’re in Mussoorie ♥️

I visited the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, The Savoy, Mussoorie in feb'22, holding high expectations from the property, What i found in person was something even more beautiful, with picturesque view of the city of mussoorie right from my balcony to the most stunning facade of a Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, The Savoy, Mussoorie entrance that i've ever seen. The beautiful flowers dotting the main gardens, the distinct green-and-white scheme of the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, The Savoy, Mussoorie and the rustic feel of wooden interiors in common areas are a sight to behold. The staff here are extremely courteous and were there for us the second we needed them. The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, The Savoy, Mussoorie was kind enough to even arrange some medications when i needed them late in the night. The spread in breakfast and dinner buffet was good too, rounding off a great experience. It's a thumbs up and a gentle nod from my end for whoever is planning to visit this place.

In the town which is the invention of the british, this page is a living saga of history grandour and romance. Earlier made as mad-dock school and then mussorie school and finally converted into the savoy. The place is made even before electricity and motor cycles reached mussorie. This page has seen history and prominent people like princess of wales-queen mary, nilofer khatom of hyderabad, shah of iran, maharaja jagjit singh, jawhar lal nehru before him plunging into freedom movement, indira gandhi, dalai lama, king of nepal, lal bahadur shastri, the primeminister of poland-piotr jaroszewicz, morar ji desai, humaira begun of afganistan, prince peter of greece and denmark. From trancept to trancept, corridor to balcony even corner made with the woods of rhododendrum and oak has a story to tell.

Hotel have taken utmost safety precautions for corona. Staff wears safety mask as well as safety shield all the time during interaction with guests. Management have placed sanitizer bottle s as well as face mask in various places for guest's use. Overall fully satisfied from the measures taken by the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, The Savoy, Mussoorie for guest's safety. Presently the management is restoring 12 more rooms to the glory of this heritage property. All the restoration work done in the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, The Savoy, Mussoorie is a fine example of how to preserve our history. To give the glimpse of glorious past of the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, The Savoy, Mussoorie, a fine one hour movie is also made which they show daily. Overall our experience was awesome.

world class resort wid top notch facilities and cleanliness , amazing views of valley and mountains , spread over 10+ acres land this property had ample open space for grenery and other activities , one of the best properties to spend ur leisure time wid friends and family , almost 100+ years old this historic resort is adobe for many renowned personalities and many hindi movies were shot here too , one of the best dinning halls and ballroom , the quality and taste of food is just amazing and will just activate ur taste buds to the core , beautiful location for marriages and special occassions as well and if it snow it add up to its beauty , my words wont do justice to the beauty of this place please visit here atleast once and feel the luxury and peace 🥰🥳....

Location is the best in mussoorie, very close to mall road and right in the center. A very well kept heritage property and every corridor you walk down you can relive the history of the savoy as a host to the who is who of indian politics and entertainment industry. Would recommend to stay in the heritage wing even if some of the rooms might have an inferior view. The staff is very courteous and helpful and service at most times is prompt. The food is pretty good and the only place which out did it was rokeby manor in landour. The property is spread over a large area and great for families with kids!

we had best time at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, The Savoy, Mussoorie Savoy.Everyone was so kind and welcoming and helpful to us.The room was amazing with a breathtaking valley view and morning 🌄 sunrise amidst mountains was spectacular.The royal dining experience is etched in our memory forever.We had heritage walk, bonfire,live music, indoor and outdoor games.Nandita,Abhay,Amitraj,Aabha and the entire team greeted and treated us like a family. We will definitely like to visit the place again in future. Thanks again.you and your associates are absolutely the best.

Best hospitality & best food & location

We stayed at the savoy for 5 days and had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The property is located at a hill top surrounded by beautiful mountain ranges. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They provided for everything that we needed during the stay. Dheeraj (who was taking care of us) arranged things beautifully and also arranged for outside transportation for our day trip to nearby locations. The staff inside the restaurants was very kind, polite and well mannered. It was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend !

An excellent property. Fantastic ambience. Superb rooms. Delightful staff especially a lady called akshita. She was excellent. However the f&b has a lot of room for improvement. The buffet spread for a 5 star property was frugal & sparse. The food quality too could be much much better. The choice of alcoholic beverages, was limited; could be a little more elaborate. A small suggestion for self driven cars. Some cleaning arrangement please. The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, The Savoy, Mussoorie had organised good choice of activities. Overall a very good experience.

It was a delightful experience, amid-st the vibe of christmas. The warmth of hospitality. Made our stay very comfortable and cozy. In every aspect the staff took every step to make it remember-able and full of good memories.

We are so glad that we chose savoy for our mini staycation. It was perfect gateway in this pandemic. We really like its history and the heritage aura. It was so interesting to stay here. Everycorner has some story to tell. Perfect food and luxurious stay. Staff is courteous and helpful. Would definitely come back again.
