West End Hotel

The stay was good, all amenities working as promised. Location and car parking were two key reasons for choosing this West End Hotel, and they did not disappoint. I did not choose breakfast package because i specifically wanted to try out some old local joints nearby. The room window opened up on the buildings nearby, so there was no view as such. However, our requirement was only to crash for the night, and it suited us just fine. The staff was polite and smiling, and we did not have to use their services otherwise. Only suggestion is that the bathroom should be fitted with an exhaust fan, it gets stuffy in there. Finally, mm t offered us a great deal on the pricing, else i would not have gone for this West End Hotel!

Despite its aged exterior and furnishings (or maybe because of it, west end West End Hotel retains an old world charm. The staff are very courteous and the rooms worth the money. Its proximity to the gateway of india and other go to mumbai attractions like leopold cafe, kyani and co, rustoms, good flip-pin burgers etc mean that you don't need to spend hours on end stuck in mumbai traffic to get to these places. Access to suburban rail is another plus. The money you pay is for all these factors. The rooms, though outdated, are more than sufficient for a short stay and contain all the necessary amenities and inf-act even comes with a bathtub, which many other modern West End Hotels don't offer at that price point.

I had a nights stay at the west end West End Hotel and it was really pleasant. The staff are cooperative and professional and the rooms are spacious and clean. Even though the West End Hotel seemed a little old it is well maintained and is quite adequate for a few days stay. The electrical fixtures were ancient but worked anyway. The bathroom had a tub which liked. The location is also a plus. I highly recommended it to those who are travel-ling with family. The restaurant inside the West End Hotel had a breakfast lunch and dinner buffet. But it seemed quite expensive as u could just step out and catch a bite in the nearby kfc or dominos or even at the new veg restaurant that has opened down the street.

I recently stayed at west end West End Hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The West End Hotel's location is ideal for exploring south mumbai, as it's right next to bombay hospital, and offers easy access to transportation. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The West End Hotel staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. The in-house food, while slightly on the expensive side, offered great quality. The convenience of check-in and check-out times was a plus. I had a pleasant stay and highly recommend west end West End Hotel to fellow travelers.

Very good West End Hotel, neat and clean. Very polite staff, helpful too. Though it is an old West End Hotel, they have managed to keep it good. Room carpet may need a little cleaning. Breakfast spread could be a little better, though it was adequate. Dinner variety is very good. Location is opposite bombay hospital, so a wee bit crowded, but so is mumbai. Advantage is, most small time shopping can be done here and metro theatre is also close by. If above few points are taken care, rating would go from good to excellent.

I went to the West End Hotel in november with family diring the diwali vacations. We were a family of 11 people with kids and elders. The rooms were the star attraction of the West End Hotel. They had a vintage feel of 60s. My mother loved the decore as it remained her of the old times. The breakfast was lovely too. No complaints. If you order room service the prices are a bit high but the food quality is great. Would love to stay once again in the future as it is walking distance from churchgate station

I along with my friend stayed in west end West End Hotel during kashish-2023 :miqff for two days. It's very near to liberty cinema and a centrally located West End Hotel in mumbai. The staffs are very good and cordial. Room i stayed was spacious and have a view of the main road. Complimentary breakfast was superb. 1. Bathroom is a bit congested and need to put an exhaust fan 2. Complimentary tea pack ( electric kettle + tea and sugar bags) may be kept for guest who needs an early morning bed tea

Big, neat & clean room with king size bed. It was like a suite. I was happy. But second comes the bed after cleanliness. After a tired day when i went to bed for a good night sleep, a surprise was waiting. Yes, the bed was too hard & uncomfortable. It reminded me my good old (30/35 years back) days, when i used to travel & sleep in 3 tier sleeper class of train. It was really unexpected from such a decent West End Hotel.

Very good West End Hotel, good service and most of all size of rooms at this location and price is worth it. Very nice stay.

The property & location is very good & convenient, the staff is polite & co-operative. Drinking water bottle is very expensive - so carry your own water is advised rs 137 per bottle of water

My stay was pretty good as the West End Hotel was neat and well maintained. Location is good for tourism and business trips both. Catering to the standards of its neighbourhood safety is assured. The building reminded my of a posh guest house. Staff is friendly though the food of the West End Hotel could be better.

Amazing budget stay at marine drive. The West End Hotel is right opposite to bombay hospital and a 5 mins walk from marine drive

Stayed for five nights. The room sizes are quite good and rooms are cleaned everyday. You can walk some distance to reach marine drive, so location is good too. The food menu is priced at a bit higher end, but there are some relatively cheaper restaurants nearby. Further, cabs are available almost from the gate of West End Hotel. Clothes can be given for wash/ironing and received back within a day.

Very simple but clean nice rooms. Good staff !
