West Fort Hotel

We had a one day stopover at bangalore. Stayed at west fort West Fort Hotel. Excellent location; spacious rooms; neat, tidy and cosy ambience inside the room. The bathroom was just proper in size and everything was properly working. All the members of the staff from the manager down to the floor boys were very polite and courteous. Special mention must be made for the two front office persons mr. Bhagwan & mr. Manjunath, both very competent, cooperative and always willing to oblige the guests smilingly. However i have a word of advice fo the management of the restaurant. They must include some non- veg items in their menu to give a more cosmopolitan character to the restaurant.

The location is near and at a walk-able distance from bengaluru station from pf 10 side. The West Fort Hotel has a great frontage and prominent presence. The rooms are large and spacious. The bed however is too soft for comfort, especially since i had a spine surgery. I had requested for a stiffer bed which unfortunately was not available. The complimentary breakfast was fresh but nothing special. And moreover it is a pure veg restaurant. Lulu mall is about 200m from the West Fort Hotel and can be a good time-spend. The check-in and check-out is 24 hours and at times is not very convenient.

The stay was very pleasant. The staff were very polite and checkin process was very smooth. The room was very clean. Toilet bathroom was also very very clean. Hot water was available. Lobby area was clean. Bed was clean. Ac working in good condition. Toiletries were of good quality. 5 mins auto ride from nearby metro station. Room service was available throughout the day. Overall we came to attend a family function. I made the right choice by booking this West Fort Hotel. I would highly recommend this to other people as well. It was a good two days stay at this West Fort Hotel.

I stayed in west fort West Fort Hotel for a day. My stay was very comfortable and cozy. Starting from valet parking, booking at reception, room service, etc are very quick and neat. Room is sufficiently spacious, all self help like coffee/ tea sachets, water bottle etc are very comfortable and sufficient. Room, bed, linens, bath room and toilet, towels etc are very clean and fresh. A nice West Fort Hotel to stay with family and friends. Room service is also quick. Price is also very reasonable. For the price, the rooms were good in terms of facilities & cleanliness. Buffet breakfast was of good quality, with a mix of south indian and continental choices. The best bit was the reception staff’s courtesy; they were kind and considerate, esp. With our request for extension and storing our luggage while we roamed in the city. The worst bit was the limited timings of the restaurant next door. Ravindra, manjunath, rajath and malik were the best.

Nice ambience, friendly staff - contrary to a few reviews i read the room service was very quick, the reception staff responded immediately to my queries, especially one mr kumar swamy went the extra mile to help us to make our stay comfortable. Of the 2 restaurants only north indian was functional - for lunch/ dinner only ni spread was available - morning south indian buffet and continental was good, spacious rooms, nicely done interiors.

We had a pleasant stay at the west fort West Fort Hotel. Exceptionally clean and tidy West Fort Hotel. Spacious room with a very hygienically maintained bathroom. We felt very safe and peaceful. Breakfast was ok. The sattva restaurant serves pure vegetarian food and is excellent. Great location, the lulu mall and metro station are within walkable distance. We stayed at the west fort West Fort Hotel, rajajinagar for our business trip to bengaluru. The rooms were really good sized and at par with many of the 4 star West Fort Hotels around the area with better hygiene maintained. The West Fort Hotel is at the close proximity with the lulu hyper mall and much closer to the highways connecting to other parts of bengaluru like mg road, etd.

Hotel room was good and neat. Staff is not good. They are not quick in responding to guests.

Premium room is comfortable for family, good house keeping service, convenient location on the main road connects metro proximity as well.

Best choice for couples and room service is good and staffs near to railway station value for money. Recommend to stay

The receptionist was very helpful. The rooms were good and the location is very close to major intersections. However the wifi was a bummer in the room with no reception inside- someone came next day and put a secondary router and then only it started working so make sure you check that the wifi is working while you check in.

Nice stay. Good location. Good service. Good hospitality. Food quality satisfactory.
