Westend Hotel

I recently stayed at this Westend Hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is convenient, with just a 15-minute walk from Matheran railway station. Upon entering, I was immediately impressed with the ambience of the Westend Hotel—it had a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that set the tone for the stay. The food was another highlight of my visit. Every meal I had was delicious and well-prepared, making dining here a delightful experience. The staff were also courteous and attentive, adding to the positive atmosphere of the Westend Hotel. The Westend Hotel offers a variety of activities for guests to enjoy, including a swimming pool, table tennis, kids' play area, swings, badminton, carrom, a DJ, and even an open gym. There's something for everyone, making it perfect for families, groups, or solo travelers. The only downside was the swimming pool. Unfortunately, the temperature of the water wasn't maintained properly, and it was too cold to enjoy, no matter the time of day—whether in the afternoon, evening, or morning. This was a bit of a letdown since I was really looking forward to relaxing by the pool. Overall, despite the pool temperature issue, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this Westend Hotel for anyone visiting the area.

All over experience was good but the nonveg food we expected was not that good. Recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional Westend Hotel, and i must say, it was a truly 5-star experience! from the moment i checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to my every need. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The amenities and services were top-notch, and the Westend Hotel's attention to detail was impressive. My stay was not only enjoyable but also truly memorable. I highly recommend this Westend Hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience.

Excellent property with good amenities. Swimming pool is nicely maintained and pool side dining is a wonderful experience. Location is close to matheran station - a pleasant 15 mins walk and there are multiple points very close to the Westend Hotel which can be covered on foot. The food options are excellent, a la carte was better than the standard buffet menu. Overall an excellent stay in natural surroundings.

Good ambience, great hospitality provided. Loved the experience. The food was fresh and the taste was up to the mark. The room’s were maintained magnificently, utmost cleanliness was there in there room.

stay was pleasant, good food, swimming pool can be kept clean. otherwise the property is awesome. it's far from station, but once you reach the Westend Hotel, it's a different world altogether.

The experience was great. My daughter loved the playing area and my wife loved the swimming pool. I liked the overall maintenance of the property.
