dear mmt they acknowledged saying booking was not visible in there system they denied even I struggle showed my registered number also they said simply not visible in there system unfit environment.

Stay was all good. staff was good and cleanliness should increase of the room. Hot water wasn't available and food is average. As bar and resto is on the last floor. Overall it was an average stay.

To my last visit to hotel western tower I was very disappointed. . There was no hot water for bath . AC was not functional via remote .cleanliness was poor

The property is at a good location..We had issues with the hot water..called them several times but they kept on saying keep the tap ON and they have started the switch..but hot water never came

There was no water in the morning, The fan is most useless thing it spins but won't produce any air 😂 it was like we slept in a cooking oven for a night please avoid

Unhygienic smelling room no wifi tv and main cockroach bed bucks. Non cooperative staff and main unprofessional attitude staff. Dirty room not given water also. Not cleaning the room washroom daily. Not changing towel bedsheet it's this belgaum hotel mentality but taking full money before checking. Dirtyy rooms past also i stay still no changes. Dirty rooms no cleaning

Unhygienic rooms. Two years also i came 40 days i stay paid 50000 rs in belgaum. But room dirty unhygienic no pest control no service not cleaning cockroach bed bucks simple water bottle not provided to customer. Same till now dirty gavthi dirty staff no education to talk to customers. Plese don't recommend to come here. Ok. Dirty toilet bed

Beds were broken, mattresses were very uncomfortable. After complaints also they were not changed. Cleanliness is also a problem and lifts were closed at 6 pm itself
