Western Valley Resorts

The room stay was comfortable and excellent with a scenic view and natural beauty. The staff are helpful and well received, even helped me to upgrade the room upon reaching the resort which had a greater view than the room i booked initially. We stayed in the queen room for 3 days, food & service was good. Food item options could have been improved for the breakfast. My little kid enjoyed playing indoor games, cycling, evening walks and sightseeing around the resort. The lakeview room is one of the best stays. Go for it. Perfect place for all age groups to have a calm, serene and peaceful stay.

We were a group of 12 people. This resort is in an excellent location with a good hill view of tea estates. The luxury suite room was very good. Neat & clean. Hot water was available through out. Toilets were clean. The toda hut looked a bit congested with no ventilation so we changed to the other room which was decently good. Food was average. Breakfast was good but other ala cart e ordered food was just ok. There is a good scope for improvement. Activity room was good for some fun. Enjoyed the bonfire. Service was good

This property is situated 14kms away from ooty. It can both be an advantage or disadvantage. Advantage is that you are away from the madding crowd and gel with nature. Disadvantage is that when you want to visit the tourists spot each day, you have to travel almost 30kms extra. And no restaurants nearby. Have to rely solely on Western Valley Resorts restaurant which is average. I would rate this property as excellent since i need to be away from those busy places and we went in our own car.

Really liked our stay at the property. Specially our mountain view family room was spacious, and the view was enchanting covering the valley beneath us, with lush green tea beds and tree sheds covering those, along with a beautiful lake view. Above all, the staff was very prompt and courteous. Even the food quality was good. Really liked the hospitality of mr mani and his whole team!

The Western Valley Resorts is awesome.. incredible view from the Western Valley Resorts rooms.. the rooms are well maintained neat and clean.. food is decent.. limited menu but taste is very good... the Western Valley Resorts staff and service at Western Valley Resorts is superb.. they are very polite and courteous... we had an incredible stay here

Location is 14-15 kms from ooty and that's why it's the best. Absolutely picturesque views. It felt like i walked into a painting. Food was decent. Reasonably priced. Good breakfast spread. Bonfire was created in the evening. Clean rooms, bathrooms. Sufficient parking space. In short, can't complain.

Excellent location. Its in a valley and middle of tea estates, carrot and cabbage farms. Cooperative and helping staff. Food is excellent. Breakfast is having limited options, but you can get almost needed things like, idly, poori, sausage, egg, kheer, ponkal etc.

Very good and clean resort. Rooms are more like a homestay not like a Western Valley Resorts. Restaurant foods were limited but tasty and good. The view was good but you have to sit in balcony.

Excellent place of stay. View from room was absolutely delightful. Food was also good. One has options select food of their choice. Small but good gym. Location is really good with no crowd around.

Very good location and panoramic view to the entire valley, all the staff are very cooperative. Food is also very nice. The room is clean & well maintained.

Its the best place to chill out in peace. The stay was comfortable. But indoor activity room can be improved. Overall worth the money.

It’s a beautiful stay with gorgeous views and good rooms. Breakfast was also very tasty. It’s just a bit far from main ooty city but totally worth the stay. The staff is also very polite and courteous.
