I had an incredible stay at westwood riverside garden resort in munnar! the resort exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding hills and valleys. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch and the food was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. We had a great stay in westwood. We stayed between October 11th to 14th..Manager was kind..Buffet was great...especially manager was kind.. when you call Westwood, they sound like they are not interested.. but when you arrive at the Westwood Riverside Garden Resort they are very welcoming. Maybe the person who talks on the phone be a little more courteous. 😊 The Westwood Riverside Garden Resort has a great view literally from any room. another advantage is it's in old munnar which is again the center of the munnar, can go to any place from here. overall nice stay.. thanks Westwood.

We had a great time staying at westwood resort. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a nice place to relax. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The food was also really good, with plenty of tasty options. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

Everything was fine. The staff is very polite, prompt, available all the time and extremely helpful especially mr. Vipin. However, i would like to suggest that the water in the toilet should be available throughout the day.

Very good service of this Westwood Riverside Garden Resort, room is good and cozy, clean. The approach and behaviour of the manager is very much polite, helpful always. It is worth it to stay here.
