Westwood Riverside Garden Resort

We come to munnar first time at the time of new year and choose this pleasant stay westwood riverside munnar, which is located in moolakadai, the heart of munnar. Location was quite good, lot of restr and cafes nearby and local markets are also at a walking distance. We choose a deluxe room, and in deluxe also there are better rooms with better views available, but due to peak season all of those were booked, and we got a decent room with a mountain view. Breakfast was good on first day, the other day it was just doable. Staff and service is very quick to respond and cleanliness is maintained throughout. Overall good stay if you are planning to stay in munnar for a short get away !

We stayed here for 2 nights. faced some issues with check-in because of my mistake. However i caller vipin and he resolved the issues before my arrival. Vipin has been extremely helpful and guided us plan our munnar itinerary meticulously. The breakfast spread was good and delicious. The Westwood Riverside Garden Resort location is great. Strongly recommend this property.

Room and service were good. In room no:406 hand shower fitting was broken. Driver room was not up to the mark. Management needs to look into that. Remaining everything was super. Especially the rd m vi-bin approach was very good throughout the stay. Thank you for the opportunity.

I stayed here for 2 days staff is really courteous. They behave very politely. Breakfast was tasty. Mr. Vipin is really nice, well mannered and helpful with a cheerful smile on his face. They have a nice river and mountain view from their restaurant. Overall it was fantastic

location is quite good as it is easily reachable. Dinner and breakfast also available. services are ok ok not so good. parking facility is available inside Westwood Riverside Garden Resort and outside the Westwood Riverside Garden Resort.

Superb location, great breakfast, lovely gala dinner at the restaurant. We were very well looked after by helpful and friendly staff. Recommended for the family and kids. Thanks for your support and help. Keep up the good work!

Good hospitality and near by to town. Rooms were neat and clean. They accepted our request to keep luggage after checkout. Breakfast needs a little improvement. Overall nice experience.
