The entrance was quite dark, damp and slippery as it was raining. Our room had good ventilation, however, light bulbs were very dim. Bath towels, pillow covers and blankets could have been cleaner, as few dead insects were found on these items. Hotel staff behaviour is very good and White Conch Residency (350 Meters from MG Marg) was overall clean.

Once in it's a really good place to stay with spacious rooms and great room service. But one major concern is that the location of White Conch Residency (350 Meters from MG Marg) as per the map details uploaded to make my trip is erroneous. I hope it's corrected soon.

We stayed for 3 days in this White Conch Residency (350 Meters from MG Marg) and it is worth the money staying here. The staff used to respond very fastly whenever we had an issue or any request. Here there is a person called roman, he is very humble and he used to get everything we requested for without any complaint. We are very happy with our stay. Moreover the hymns on a sunday morning of the church prayer is something you'll love to listen, and certainly it will bring peace and some good positive vibes to begin a day with. I am glad to say my last minute booking at this White Conch Residency (350 Meters from MG Marg) was a wise decision. The perfect distance from the mg road made things convenient. Staff's are well trained and very polite. The rooms are spacious and very neat and clean. Food quality is very very good. The check-in and check-out process was very quick. Overall a very good experience staying in this property.

We stayed for one night and everything went well. There were proper covid protocols were followed while checking in, walkable distance from mg road and other stores

The room was very good and had all the facilities but the electric kettle was broken and malfunctioning. Overall the experience was good, could've been even better if they provided room heater among the other facilities as well inclusive with the room. They charged room heater extra.

Wooden flooring spacious rooms big windows and spacious bathroom but only one chair in room mobile charging points were quite far from bed rest was fine and homely

It's A good Hotel. Great scenic beauty from some rooms. There is A small area outside with table etc which is very relaxing. Around 200m uphill walk to mg Marg. Taxi stand very nearby. You will like this Hotel.

Very pleasant, garden is pretty. Room is spacious

Overall stay was good. Very friendly staff also prompt service by waiters. We had stayed here for 2 days and water tank was empty there was no water for 2 days but the staff was very helpful and provided almost 70-80 bottles of water for 2 days for 2 rooms.
