Hotel and room is very good feels like star hotel. Free amenities are OK. Buffet breakfast is decent have south indian and bread butter jam, corn and choco flakes, juice, sweet, fruits are available. Menu is decent and affordable prices for your lunch and dinner. Location is good Auro beach is very near for peaceful mornings or evenings. Parking available. Staff is very kind and professional.

Located in a relatively peaceful area in Auroville, our stay was excellent. Restaurant serves food of good quality however choices are limited. Overall we had an enjoyable time.

I stayed at White Pearl Residency a few days back, and while returning to Kolkata, I accidentally left my headphones in the room. By the time the hotel informed me, I was already at Chennai airport with no time to go back. I casually asked the reception if it would be possible to courier it to me, without any real expectation—after all, it was a tiny headphone and such things usually get lost forever. But today, when a parcel arrived at my doorstep marked White Pearl Residency, I was absolutely stunned. I genuinely don’t have the words to express how I felt. I don’t remember ever being this happy unboxing even an expensive pair of headphones. This simple act of honesty, effort, and thoughtfulness from the hotel truly touched my heart. Coming to my stay — it was exceptional from start to finish. ✔️ Smooth & warm check-in that immediately made me feel welcome ✔️ A big, airy, comfortable room with great ventilation and all amenities in place ✔️ A spotless bathroom with all essentials provided ✔️ A lavish and delicious breakfast buffet, far better than what most similar-category hotels offer ✔️ Excellent housekeeping — timely, neat, and thorough ✔️ Courteous, helpful, genuinely caring staff who go above and beyond ✔️ Great location, peaceful ambience, and overall a very homely feel But the biggest highlight for me will always remain their honesty and customer service. Returning a forgotten item is one thing — taking the effort to courier it all the way to another city without hesitation is something else. You didn’t just make my stay comfortable — you created a memory I will cherish for a long time. I will definitely choose this place again and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting the area.

it is a road touch property which helps in accessing the nearby location, Auroville beach is in walkable proximity. Near and clean rooms, yummy breakfasts, excellent service, polite and helpful staff, Mr Rehman was very nice and helpful also other staff members understand English too. I give 10/10.

Location good. Food average. Room size big as we had booked large size rooms. Room upkeep average. In one room water connection to comod was missing. In another the heater was not working. Even though the rooms were booked for two guests only one towel provided. So be prepared for surprises. The staff is very helpful. Sorted all the issues.

The stay was comfortable. Location: its located on the main toad hence accessibility wasnt an issue. Food : complimentary breakfast was average. Pizza we ordered was very good. Food is not that great. Overall a decent experience

Excellent place to stay near Auroville and Whitetown, the rooms were well maintained, neat and clean, big comfortable rooms, staff was always there to help, hospitality was top notch, their wood fired pizza was yummy, I would say one of the best pizza in Pondicherry, overall had amazing time

it's a very nice hotel, the location is good and just on the main road, they have parking available, the rooms including the bathrooms were clean and spacious, the staff was helpful and courteous too, It was the 2nd time me and my wife were staying here and loved it, the food was little bit oily and can be improved.
