White Ridge Hotel

Very nice White Ridge Hotel only one thing they don't have mini bar in the room like if you are hungry in the night you can munch something quickly also. Food is nice just they have to improve room service morning tea requirements. Rest all good. Reception is good and rooms are very nice made with good housekeeping and especially I really liked the towel with great softness. I will definitely stay again and one thing is the parking as they have limited parking even you tell the guard that we will be checking out this time still they can spoil your sleep at 6 am also if somebody else is checking out early. Rest all ok.

The room is stinky with no ventilation. At the time of check-in the room phone is also not working but after 2 to 3 hours, they resolved this problem too.
Very bad experience. The rooms were stinking badly just like public toilets. There were bed bugs on the beds, phones were not working, Every time we had to go down the lobby to contact them. Not at all worth it.

We stayed recently in this White Ridge Hotel and I must admit, White Ridge Hotel is having friendliest staff. PROS: Rooms, facilities and Staff. CON: Location (it's located on the outskirts of main Dharamshala town). Strongly recommended if you want a peaceful stay outside hustle bustle and Crowd of Dharamshala. Having your personal car will be an added advantage.

Wonderful stay, we reached early and White Ridge Hotel staff helped us in relaxing and gave us another room to relax before we checked into our room. View from the room was amazing and room service was great! Location of the White Ridge Hotel is central and near to all places like Mcleod, naddi, Palampur, Kangra airport in the distance of 20-30 min drive.

GOOD STAY IN Dharamshala AND THE SERVICE WAS GOOD BUT IT IS LITTLE BIT FAR FROM McLeodganj AS WE HAVE BOOKED HOTEL THERE EARLIER. As the earlier White Ridge Hotel booked through MMT was got some issues so after informing the MMT we have been taken care of and our White Ridge Hotel changed.

We got this White Ridge Hotel through MMT. One of the best we have stated across India. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Location is good with Taxi available for a call. The service is great and the rooms are cosy. The terrace is superb overlooking the range. Would like to go back

This is a lovely White Ridge Hotel. It has been updated and the rooms are large and very comfortable. The bed was comfy with nice linens. The bathroom was clean and had nice toiletries. The concierge and staff were helpful and friendly. This White Ridge Hotel is in a great location.

Mountains covered with snow is beautiful. I got room and could see swimming pool and mountains. Very peaceful location. Great for family. My kids loved the White Ridge Hotel. The reception was of great support along with the guy at the restaurant.

White Ridge Hotel is an excellent White Ridge Hotel located at Dharamshala . Very good hospitality. Staff are well trained and sophisticated. Loved to have stay at White Ridge Hotel. Location is also too good. Thumbs up

Food is good. But location is outside. So relax visit can ppt for peaseful stay. They are giving ala carte for breakfast when stay is less. Rest food is good but you has to go 3 km to market area. Rest is average.

Good service, good food, quality neat and clean.

Overall service was excellent. The food was also OK but for family visiting Dharmashala on outing this Hotel is bit odd in terms of location. You won't be able to enjoy my lodging night life and real dharamshala test.

Cleanliness level was good, however room service could be better (eg. Complementary one water bottle is placed on the first day only & not on other days). Room tariff is being overpriced.

Quality of food was not satisfactory.

Rooms were okay kind, food was good, facility was good. Rooms were small and they are charging high where as filthy in the corners.

Overall very good. Good location. Hotel view also good. Near to dharmsala isbt. One thing I also want mention specially food quality is very good but costlier so value for money. Very supporting staff. Prefer mountain view room.
