1. They didn't accompany to my room which was kind of a let down. 2. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. 3. Saw in a few reviews regarding presence of mosquitoes. I scoured the room and found out one. And killed.. I thought that was it. But boy was I Wrong... Went unconscious after a long and tiring journey but was waken up by lots of mosquitoes in the middle of the night.. Did manage to kill a few but the sleep was broken and was half dead by morning. (Had a presentation next day and that was ruined too). 4. No bucket and mug for bath. (for old school ppl like me, it wudve been nice) Overall - Room minus the mosquitoes would've been a perfect deal.

had an absolutely wonderful stay . From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and the hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.

The room was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness was impressive. The location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and professional throughout the stay. Room was good, staff were very supportive, good restaurent. Toilet was neat but little congested. Close to the highway. Parking available.

We actually booked a normal room but while reaching the hotel they upgraded it to deluxe suit with the same rent. Everything was fine for us except the mosquito problem. I hope the management would work on improving that too.

I recently stayed at hotel white suit and had an excellent experience. The services provided were top-notch, and the staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive. The food was equally impressive, offering a delightful variety of delicious dishes. Overall, my stay was incredibly pleasant, and i would highly recommend hotel white suit to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I stayed at this hotel for a day and had a great experience. I checked in late at night, but the receptionist was very supportive. The room was neat and tidy. The only issue is the parking; they don't have a separate parking space. Instead, you have to park in the common area in front of the building, which is mostly for the restaurant. Luckily, i found a parking spot in front. The restaurant, which operates separately, was clean and tidy, and they had some delicious kerala dishes.

Property is near to highway and 18km from airport. Have a restaurant but not a much good options for vegetarian like me.

Feel good, support of ajmal great. Food and behavior greatfull. Location is very easy to get. Knoledge of locality is amazing.

The customer service was not up to the mark, even cleanliness and location of the hotel was an issue.

The hotel location is very apt. Near a lake. Good management and clean rooms. The only problem is of service. They gave me a corner room road side facing. It was just same as shown in pictures but the problem was the smell that was there in the hallway leading to the room. It was pathetic. Everywhere left over food plates lying and drying for i don't know how many days. Such bad ambience. No towel in the washroom. Also spider webs were there in washroom and room that were not removed from days. Apart from all of this nothing felt much. Stayed only for a night.

Hi, had an over night stay, the hotel room is very neat clean and spacious. Location is also very good. Only drawback is parking is little away from hotel. Highly recommended for family also.

I had booked it for my parents and my sister. Hotel had perfectly arranged the stay with king size bed and a single bed for a comfortable stay. Size of the room is spacious.

I had a great experience. Stay was amazing. You have good restaurants around. Situated on the highway and hence easily accessible. Happy to visit again.

The hotel is average but it has very bad smell. The rooms are stuffy. The only saving grace is the hotel it has ausum food
