Poor Stay

I have very worst experience on 1st day. A/c didn't work, it was tripping off every 10 mins. There was electricity fluctuations throughout the night. The allotted flat was in top floor (5th floor) and very hot, surviving without electricity was horrible. The balcony was not tidy, cigarette buttts and beer bottles around. We have shouted the reception for the inconveniences. They have changed to the some other flat in the next day that was good and even extended 2 hours checkout time.

familyRoom was spacious,. It is a 2 bhk service apartment. Location is very good. There is parking of 2 cars, however, you can get parking roadside which is safe.

1. Ac is not working properly. Water is coming out of ac 2. No latch to bathroom 3. Horrible thing, lot of mosquito. 4. No immediate response from reception. 5. Hotel cannot accommodate more cars. Good things 1. Home stay is very spacious 2. Near to beach hardly 1. 5 km

Wash rooms have no locks etc

Terrible experience the wash room had no proper locking system. So many mosquitoes there. Staff charging extra amount our check out was late for unavailable cercimstances they charged 450 for late check out by one hour i don't see any hotel charging extra amount for 1 hour late

Fly high with mosquitos

groupStayed in a 2 bhk with friends. Rooms were not cleaned and had some spider web on windows and cupboard area. There were so many mosquitos that can give you a nightmare.

There is no stove or utensils in the kitchen and the showers also don't work

The description says that there is a kitchen space but there was no utensils or even a stove for that matter for the so called self cooking and when we asked the manager about it he said that where have we mentioned about having a stove. A basic thing for a kitchen is stove and they have not provided that. The showers were rusted and the water flow was not good. Beds were good but they only provide 2 blankets, we were 4 members staying so it was difficult. Location of the property is good near to all major attractions.

Room maintenance is below average and the staff service is also poor, poor washroom and geysers are also not working at all. Even after multiple complaints there is no response from front desk. Overall it's an below average stay.

Good apartment size but not well maintained

Although the location and property is good but it is not properly maintained. We found approx 100-150 mosquitoes in the appartment and 10 odd spiders hanging on the ceiling of room and washroom. The hist did provide us with two all out but as we all know it has little effect. We had to bring coil from outside and had to sleep with smell of coil smoke. No soap was provided in the washroom. We were 4 people however only two towel were given at first and when we insisted for 4 towel we were given only 1 more towel.

Best place and great location

The service apartment was great with clean and sanitized rooms, it was the best place and great location where everything is nearby and only few beaches like paradise beach is quite far, near to bus stand and railway station, great host who helped us with the stay and also guided us to get back to bus stand. Best place for a family as well as for friends.
