The service was really bad, athere was a big spider in the room. No electricity half of the day. Host wasnt really helpful. There were 2 of us, while going back we asked to help us carry the luggage down(as you need to trek a bit to reach the hostel ) they said they cant help with it. There was no water. No amnities as mentioned.

Staffs were friendly but not helping.Even for a simple thing like basic cleaning and multiple reminders they just didn't do it. Not recommended

I had a good food and location was very close to mall road as accessible to cafe and shops and local market. If you want to catch bus very easy to reach there.

Finding the hotel was like a mini treasure hunt — a bit of a trek, literally! But once you crack the path, it's all uphill (in a good way). We stayed in the dorms — beds were comfy enough to crash after a long day. But the rooms? Dimly lit like a moody nightclub. Not ideal if you're trying to find your socks. Now, let’s talk washrooms… oof! Shared and tiny. Taking a bath felt like trying yoga in a phone booth. Seriously, claustrophobia alert! On the bright side — the TT and pool table totally saved the vibe! Good fun and great way to chill. Overall: Just about average. Could’ve been a win if the washrooms weren’t so mini and the rooms weren’t stuck in night mode 24/7.

The place was okay. Parking instructions weren’t clear, service was barely available. Hygiene was a bug issue for me.

Food was average, staff was not supportive and was in their own ego and rude towards the guests. The had different rules for everyone, other people were allowed to play snooker after 11 but denied us. Rooms are small, washrooms are not that clean and compact. There are better properties to go for in lesser price.

Please don't be fooled by the property pictures, property is very overrated and far from the main road. Need to climb a lot with luggage. Staff is very rude, ignorant and inconsiderate towards guest and on the issus which are from their end only. They charge 50 bucks per luggage to carry to your room. There are rules which are allowed for some guest and not allowed for other guests which shows clear bias. Would never recommend this property to female traveller. Don't be fooled by the property pictures. Property is very far from main road and very difficult to reach. Washrooms have no space. Stay is very overprized given the facilities provided. Staff is very rude, ignorant and biased towards guests. They also asked 50 bucks for each luggage even the smaller one's to bring it to your rooms. Would *never recommend* this property to female travellers and also to travellers who want to have a pleasant stay in kasol.

Food was very bad There was no parking for personal vehicle if you want to go this property so you have to walk 300 meter of the main road and to reach this property you have to climb 50 stairs and all the stairs are broken, anyone can fall. bathroom accessories like bath soap,bodywash,handwash,stool are not provide by caretaker and main points is you can't eat or drink in your room Very bad experience
