Whoopers Hostel - Tosh

The staff and manager were considerate of our requirements and catered to our requests swiftly. Room decor was good, giving it a look that delighted us. The quilts were pretty warm inspite of the freezingg temperatures outside. However, the bed was not cleaned prior to our check in. There were a couple of big flakes of garbage on the bed from the guests who stayed before us. The geyser was functioning well and was a relief for us. All in all it was a good stay for the money we paid. View from the hostel roof was breathtaking in the morning sun. The food from the kitchen was good. Particularly pane-er and dal chawal. Ginger honey tea was also pretty good. Our stay went pretty smooth without any big issues.

Hey guys i have been so many hostels in himachal but ac c to me one the best hostel is whoopers. I stayed 2 nights at whoopers kasol and 2 nights at whoopers tosh. There i met with so many groups and we enjoyed alot together in the common area where everyone's can chill out. From top view was amazing and i stayed in the 8 bed dorm was very neat and clean and the ambience was good. Manager name is ankit he is really such a nice person and he is very compassionate with the guest and very welcoming person. I had a good experience.

We travelled to Tosh from Kasol as a group of four friends, it took some time to locate the Hostel as it was located high in the City. Although the scenery was quite beautiful from the Hostel balcony, still I feel there should be a proper way or stairs to reach up there as it gets difficult to climb to the Hostel at nights through the messy, and steep way which is also easily prone to slipping down too. The Hostel manager was a big plus as he was very friendly and helping and kind. Overall a good stay at a reasonable price. )

Beautiful nested on top of a small hill, away from the bustling kasol. Tosh is lesser visited village from kasol but has amazing views of the himalayas. The views from this hostel were incredible. The hostel had decent rooms, bathroom was okay. It requires a little bit of improvements in terms of amenities and furnitures in the common area.

The place is not far from the entrance and pretty easy to locate. The environment is too marvelous up there that you don't want to leave the place. Staff is helpful and friendly. The best thing about the place is the people around it, I have made 2 friends during my stay over there for 2 days, whom I'll cherish the rest of my life.

Its a relatively new hostel at tosh, so they are still constructing some parts in it. By the time, you go there, it might be the best hostel in the village. The coffee here is one to die for. The staff is very polite and the caretaker is very helpful. Overall, we had one of the bst best experiences in mountains.

Because it is tosh there is of-course a hike to the hostel the but the view is worth it. Beds were clean, and there was running hot water. Cafe food was nice. There were lot of insects given the weather and place. Overall great experience. Tip: don't check-in at night. You will hardly be able to see anything.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Ayush, who is the manager was helpful in guiding on stay, nearby treks and transportation. Location is good. However approach path needs lot of improvement. There are no proper walk path or stairs from the village to the property, which is located at a considerable height.

Went with 3 other friends. Found 1 more guy during my stay at Whoopers who joined us in our trip. The food is great! Loved it. All positive. Hope you see some snow, you wouldn't wanna leave the place.

The view was on point as we could manifest multiple snow covered mountains, staff was friendly also the food is cherry on top specially paratha.

The place is in such a beautiful location that it'll take all your tiredness away. The food cooked there is very tasty and the bonfire at night is simply amazing.

Amazing stays with awesome view staff is also very good. Must visit if you are staying in tosh. Salaam cafe and germane bakery also nearby.

It was a comfortable stay at Tosh village of Himachal. Manager was so cool and humble personality. You can do bon fire, play games in common area, take photos from roof top. A must visit place near Kasol.

Gaman greeted us all nicely. The hostel is on a steep hill but it is all worth it. The food here is absolutely amazing. When in tosh, a must stay.

The location of the hostel is a little up the hill so we need to trek a little to reach it which adds to the experience of staying in the mountains. It has good food and great hospitality.
