The camp is detached from the neighbourhood and taxi/bus stand are located within 5 km from the property.

There are about 10 tents accommodating 3 persons each. The caretaker stays on the property but does not share any common area with the guests.

The property has an aquarium, lawn, an outdoor dining area, outdoor furniture and barbeque facility. The chirping of beautiful exotic water birds near the camp adds extra attraction to the place.

The property also offers indoor activities like carrom board, board games and table tennis table.
