Property is very good , we hade good experience overall food , service etc. however we wanted valley view room but make my trip shown on forest view. We were unaware there were different types of room mmt showed just one type of room

Property location is very good, staff is very sweet, they are arranging what we are asking for. Unique and it's must visit place.

Needs some basic room maintainance. *Rating* Overall - 5

Excellent location and facilities. A different experience with entry to the resort. An additional natural spa would be cherry on top. Top class food and hygiene. Friendly staff. Love to visit every time I’m around . Activities are great like pottery, night trail, peak hike for sunset and waterfall hike .

Location is good but very narrow pathways compared to Swapnagandha is more spacious. Food was good, can have more options for tea time. Timing of activities needs to be changed as at same time or back to back activities which is very tiring😞. People come to enjoy and not to do a checklist on the activities. Have good scope to add more facilities or activities which can attract more guests

Stay was good, food was great but only inconvenience was creatures entering the room through the gap in the door n the floor

real experience of living with nature under forest ambiance trek to waterfall is exceptional, wildlife watching at night was again a new experience, food was very good with lot of variety, rooms were also very good neat and clean and you can't ignore the infinity pool with the ghat views...must go!!!

Excellent resort! Must visit during rainy season. Mist everywhere and awesome jungle experience. One of the best resorts!

very expensive and not worth the money no tv no air conditioning full floor was wet ants were there in the room no proper house keeping even after calling 3 times no response from the house keeping team ...no clarity on booking...we thought we will be having a private pool attached...as shown in their reels ...but we had no private pool attached....they should give clarity that there r different packages for pool n without pool ...no proper indications for rooms ....very confusing routes...very poor service from house keeping team

Excellent location and unique experience at this resort. The location has been maintained to keep its natural state even after having a resort. No mobile and tv makes this location a good place for digital detox. We enjoyed all activities conducted by resort.

In property, there is no AC and no good quality food, not a single room maintained no Wi-Fi in room so kindly please improve your property

Amazing location and surroundings. Very close to nature. Room lacks basic amenities like toiletries and a working phone to contact the reception. No network zone. Staff needs training in hospitality.

Lizard and insect in room. Staying with 2 kids was a nightmare. We had to leave hotel and stay somewhere else.

A nice nature resort which could do with some upgrade to its rooms. Needs a few more activities to keep the guests involved over and above the treks and one evening cultural function of 30 min. With the present arrangement, only a one night stay is recommended - infact we cut short our 2 day stay by a night as the activities were repetitive. Food is local and very tasty with a lot of variety. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Housekeeping could invest a little attention on the quality of work.
