Ms. Gomes / Mr. De, Thank you for your feedback. Your meals were prepared as per your request for less spicy food and followed your chosen preferences without any variation. All services, including room service, were provided promptly upon your calls and you personally called for several assistance directly to me and the same had been offered immediately. Regarding the safari, it was cancelled by the Forest Department, which was beyond our control. Still, our driver assisted you in obtaining new Jeep safari tickets and guided you to the office for a refund at no extra charge, even though it wasn’t part of your itinerary. We assure you that guest safety is always our top priority, and no issues were reported during your stay. The property’s proximity to the forest is part of its charm, but it remains completely safe. As for the washroom cleanliness, our team follows strict hygiene standards, though perceptions may differ. We regret if some aspects did not meet your expectations and none of our guests complained regarding the issues you have raised! It was unexpected that we did not meetup your expectations.
