WILLOW HEIGHTS

The stay we opted was willow heights when we were in athirapalli, my experience was very pleasant and great and the ambiance was awesome out there and lost in the nature and trees and water body flowing water and the rainy weather and the swimming pool was awesome the pool had timings 9:30 am to 10:30am in morning and evening 8:30pm to 9:30 pm, if they could extend some more hours it would be good and nice for guest. Their food was great, very nice hospitality and the onion pakoda was top notch for rainy weather on a wednesday and a coffee. The dinner was awesome as well the tempting taste - butter chicken and pulkas were awesome.

Good stay with river view and hygienic foods

This property is no where close to the rating mention. It is 1 or 2 star property. I booked very expensive river view rooms. They told me that they have only 3 river view rooms and i booked 2 of them. Lot of web and spider in the rooms. Most of the fixtures were broken. All ceiling and walls had dirty spots in all the rooms. Only positive about the property is location.

Here is my honest feedback on this hotel. Road connectivity- excellent, location-excellent, view-excellent (river view, hospitality-very good, good people,, food- good, pool- good, look and feel- good. But here are the areas for improvements, cleanliness-poor, they have to clean the room properly to avoid ants, insects, etc, curtains to be washed once in 3-4 months, dust, spiderwebs to be cleaned,. Internet- offer wi-fi on checkin, pool- clean the water to remove insects, you are trying to do it, but can be improved, bathroom- keep hand washing kit, separate soap for bath, try to give toothbrush and paste, keep tissue paper for toilet, clean coffee making tray, items etc, keep one table to keep luggage, keep 2 plug points near coat, clean the glass from outside and inside once in 3 months, offer camp fire in the night near pool with light music, clean the kitchen area, clean dinning hall, dust. Fix a pipe and tap to wash legs post coming out of river.

Resort was just ok, rooms were clean but they dont have an open restaurant, we have to order beforehand and the food options are limited, even the breakfast buffet was very limited. But the good thing about the resort is the location, its just near the river and the resort doors opens to it.

The room service response time was 1 hour. The airconditioner's capacity was not enough to cool the room. Bathroom did not have a soap. Good room. Nice view of the river.

Everyone should come and explore here especially in suit room with hot location nice nice nice superb service

The property is placed in a good place. But the room is not upto the mark. The ac was not working properly. The bathroom was smelling of bad odour.

Excellent service with a very good room with river view

While the hotel staff were courteous and prompt in their customer service, the rooms were very small and hardly any space.

Property is amazing, it’s right next to the river. The service is exceptionally good. One of the hotels i recommend for family members.

Great location. The resort borders the chalakudy river with an entry point near the pool to get down to the river bank. The view from the sitout-balcony was amazing - one can spend hours just sitting there and by the river bank on the rocks. The property has a kitchen that caters to limited pre-orders for dinner and set-south-indian breakfast (idli, uthappam) buffet. The kitchen is closed for lunch and nearest restaurants are at athirapalli. Room itself was average - clean but has seen better days.

Rooms and resort is very good and food is very limited and no much options and food tastes very bad. Pool was dirty. If you open the door for 10sec insects enters the room and bed was in a bad situation. After having food my stomach got upset and suffered whole night. And next day we changed the resort and lost one day amount in that resort.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Clean rooms. Good service. Nice river view and can enter the river bed. The pool is well maintained. Affordable price.
