Willow Hill by Nature Resorts

Found this lovely place while filtering through accommodations. While i headed there with a bit of scepticism I was very pleasantly surprised. I would say the highlight of the trip was the stay at this quiet/ clean/beautiful resort which was everything i was looking for and delivered on all accounts. General callouts 1)Very picturesque resort , good enough distance from the city to ensure that you aren't disturbed by the chaos of a active town but walkable distance from the town ( I walked but most wouldn't 🤪) ,but 1 good thing about Ooty over Kodaikanal is Ooty has ton load of autos for easy commute. 2)in dec almost seemed like the resort had more variety of flowers than the govt botanical garden, has a well crafted lawn to sit and take in the sun / read a book 3)great view from the room window 4)has a lift which is great for elderly people 5)breakfast was a decent spread 6)the food is generally a good bet 7)spacious car park 8)rooms are exactly like the pictures , very clean and straight out of picture books 9) daily complimentary goodies of cookies and chocolates etc 10)hot water available whenever we turned the tap on. 11) very active ,friendly and supportive staff 12) A very systematic and organized manager to make all the above 11 points possible Wishing this resort all the best.

Our experience at the willow hill ooty was excellent. The rooms were very clean, and sufficient parking space for people coming via own vehicle. The room service was outstanding, with every staff member, especially manager laxminarayan, being incredibly humble, polite, and supportive. The food was delicious that satisfied every palate. We cherished our three nights here, feeling pampered and relaxed throughout. The resort's attention to detail and exceptional hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a perfect getaway in ooty with family or friends.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the property. The rooms are newly renovated and are just as per the pictures. The lawn is nice to relax in. While the property is a little distance from the city, the staff ensures that they arrange for transport. The food was great - one of the better breakfasts i have had. We were there on ester and they had a nice special with avocado toasts and crepes.

property is very good gives vintage feeling 1. Rooms are very clean and hygiene is maintained 2. Hotel staff is very cooperative 3. Ambience is very nice 4. Willow hills has been a great experience for me and my husband. The place is very beautifully maintained, rooms are spacious and decorated artistically and the hospitality is beyond words. I have to mention about lakshmi narayanan, manager who was very helping and hospitable and made our stay very much comfortable. Food was also delicious. Highly recommended place.

The stay was excellent. Best part about this Willow Hill by Nature Resorts is that the breakfast is served fresh. There is nothing in buffet. All cooked as per request. We stayed at eucalyptus room for 3 nights which had a private lawn which was icing on the cake. Price little bit on the higher side but you get quality only when you spend

Mesmerizing experience! one of the best places to stay if you are in ooty. We were 3 families with kids and stayed for 2 nights and stayed in walnut, fir and spathodea rooms. The hospitality rating from all of us who stayed here is 5/5. From manager to staff to chef all were helpful and knew how to cater to the guests well.

The stay and the service is more than i expected. Very satisfied memorable days i spend here. Very good stafs. The service they are providing is very great. Great stay, facilities, food, parking, staffs and places. I strongly reccomended this place who planning safe and confortable stay in ooty

The best part was that it was very very clean. Not a particle of dust! the vibe itself was very positive. It's beautiful, with a nice view of greenery. The service was impeccable. It just can't get any better. Highly recommended.

Our stay at willow hill was very fantastic, we opted the room with private garden which had the best view. The staff was very polite and helpful, rooms were clean and tidy. Overall ambience was very good. Breakfast had lot of options and tasty.
