Willow Resorts

The resort overall was satisfactory with cleanliness and a pleasant environment. However, there were issues in the room, as the geyser was not functioning properly, and the balcony door failed to lock. Despite notifying the staff, the assistance provided was not helpful. The breakfast, while average, was a letdown as we were anticipating authentic wayanad cuisine. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was positive, emphasizing the resort's good aspects.

It was a decent stay with good, spacious rooms and a nice pool. Staff are friendly. Food could've been better, nothing was good. The property is in the middle of areca palm trees and there's lot of insect noise when it nears evening. And there was a power cut for almost an hour or more in the night and there was no power backup and couldn't even reach out to reception. Overall experience was average

had a wonderful experience staying at willow resorts wayanad. to begin with the place is so awesome cleanly maintained and weill kept rooms the staffs where very courteous and friendly providing services within few min of request the food was so yummy that we never wanted to try a different place. overall had a wonderful holiday ushering the new year. kiddos to the team willow.😍. that's all

The location of the resort was very good, slightly away from the settlement. The rooms were good but lacked a bit of maintenance. The geyser wasn't working so we did not get warm water. The food was reasonably priced but the taste wasn't good. But they made up for it with their hospitality. Overall it was a decent experience.

We had a wonderful time at willows. It’s in the midst of nature, surrounded by big trees and coffee plantation. The rooms have a big balcony facing the forest, we can spends hours sitting in the balcony. The food was awesome. Overall it was a nice stay.

Property and accommodation is exalent and staffs are very friendly and exalent assistance given to customer. Food is a average as am concern. I have not got my stay bill, they said they will going to send by mail, but not yet recd

Very well maintained property, beautiful interior and architecture. Food needs to improve significantly, and geysers need to be replaced with larger geysers in every room. This is a common complaint by everyone visiting here

Stay was comfortable. The view from the balcony was scenic and we could feel the nature and peace throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was tasty with good quality and hygiene. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Location and area of the resort is calm and quiet and staffs are well helpful, they are treat well as like home feel.

Peace and calm place to stay and relax, wifi isn’t there in rooms but thats the reason to come to resort for relaxation

Property and the services they provided was excellent. The scenic beauty is mesmerising. The property is built at the right location. I'm still nostalgic!

It was a wonderful stay in midst of forest. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Staffs are always smiling and understanding food was very yummy and tasty not sure why review about food are bad.

We had an amazing time at a serene estate/farm. The hospitality was outstanding, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it's a great place for both couples and families.
