Wind Chalet

The location and view from the rooms were very good. Food was a bit overpriced but tasty. Services and behaviour was good. only problem was in the washroom there was a frog inside comode.

We have booked 2 rooms and both are good and spacious. View from the room was awesome. We like everything in the resort except food. We are not happy with the food. Fish smell in chicken gravy and paneer was not fresh.

The room has got awesome view of the dam. The staff is very friendly. They even took us for an evening trek. The room is clean but the facilities are average.

Location was excellent. Food was good. Service was good. However, to make the resort a perfect one, four factors need to be taken into consideration. 1) wi fi inside the room. 2) telecommunication facility between the room and property office/kitchen, 3) a guidebook should be made available for local site seeing locations including detailed route map and distance and 4) driver's room and wash room facility should be provided.

The property has a great view and ambience, the staff is very prompt and polite, and the food is satisfactory A strong recommendation 👍🏽

For the price, we couldn't complain. The view was excellent and so was the weather (november 2023) vithoba, the caretaker and his wife were warm hosts and good cooks as well. It being a jungle area, there were a lot of insects and lizards lurking around but none in the room. Aesthetics of the property could be better. Bedsheets, pillow covers, pillows, towels were not satisfyingly clean. All in all, not a 3 star hotel. A 2 star hotel at best

Location is excellent, food quality is also excellent. Room cleanliness and other items like toilet soap, towels, napkins, room cleaning need to improve drastically. Main care taker and team is excellent. Room cleanliness is the only concern

The location is excellent. It's well made. Kudos to the owner. But the caretaker honestly speaking is sheer lazy. The room was not clean at all. The bedsheets and towels were dirty. The pillows were yellow and smelled. We had asked the caretaker to change everything once we saw the used sheets and towels. The bathroom too wasn't clean. We reached at 8 at night and also confirmed before we arrived and yet the caretaker didn't bother to clean up the room. When we asked for food, he outright refused. We had to beg and then he agreed to make us 1 chicken, 1 paneer and rotis, rice. For which he overcharged us. The chicken no doubt was excellent. It's a place with no available restaurants and he first refused to provide food even though he could manage to serve. It's like he didn't want work at all. He had a lazy attitude throughout our stay. Even didn't provide us water without an attitude. The property is no doubt exceptional but the caretaker ruins it if you ask me.
