Worst experience ever. I had booked for 3adults and a child, MMT mentioned that the additional bed was prebooked but the hotel representative said they are fully booked hence cannot give extra pillow or blanket. Complimentary breakfast was included in the package but receptionist said as per hotel policy only 2 person per room are eligible for breakfast. Room had musky odour and when I mentioned it the hotel representative, he was complaining back to me about the other guests and the house keeping lady.To top it all they said hot water is not available since the solar heater is out of order.

Terrible Stay

Make my trip is a poor service app. I just downloaded the app and used it for the first time. I came with my family, my wife and i with a three-year-old child. I booked online on make my trip. I went to the room at night and called the resort manager. They said that make my trip has nothing to do with us. If you rely on make my trip and get off, you will have to stay in the middle of nowhere. I have never seen such a poor app. I have not received a refund. The customer care is poor. There is no assistant who is suitable for the respective language. I did not receive any money. We relied on this and got off and had to stand in the middle of nowhere. Waste of time

First of all this is not a hotel category and more of lodge type. Opposite hotel there is a big open drainage makes terrible smell and very unpleasant smell when we step out of the street.

Safe place to stay for couples and families. They gave us a complementary breakfast ( 2idly&poori&vada) which is reasonably good. They helped us in renting two wheelers and the staff were very good and this place is away from the city and it is 100metres away from a beach which is very less crowded. Recommended for repeated stays in this guest house.

The staff is very kind, cooperative and excellent customer centric. The place is just 100mtrs to the less crowded, auroville beach, where you get a feeling of private beach experience. Breakfast is delivered from outside tie up, which is kinda ok but not that great though. An indoor restaurant would be great plus. Room ac is also connected to genset, which is good, when it is switched on, as soon as the power goes off, than being reactive. Entire puducherry and auroville areas have frequent power cuts. In summary, one can revisit the hotel many no. Of times.

familyWe had very bad experience staying in the hotel. We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. The hotel is not you see in pictures. it is just very ordinary lodge type of accommodation. The rooms are small, wet and stinky. We even have seen lizards crawl in the room. Bathrooms are badly done and we are not sure if the Geyser were working. The parking was horrible with back to back parking. Once you park your vehicle, you will be locked and can not take vehicle when you want to go out. They serve breakfast after 9 pm only. If you are planning to go out for sight seeing after the breakfast, you will already waste half a day. Even if you want to skip breakfast, you can not take your car out because of parking. But the staff was very very friendly and helpful. So if you are looking for a pleasant holiday, do not opt for this hotel. it is not worth the money you spend.
