hill top view room. Good response from them and very new experience.

after visiting I got to know it was just a little bit less than expected for the Non-AC room, but the location and other things are A OK 👌for the price you are getting. The climb to reach the hotel is a bit steep and maybe hard for some people to drive and reach this with pillion on bike, not much problem for car.

In booked three room in that they mention of hot water for all room but in that availability of hot water is one room only but it also not working properly

terrible experience.. the linen were spoiled.. caused itching all over body. the water coming from tap was not clear...there were insects everywhere. the property was not maintained properly.. they were not receiving calls beforehand while I was struggling for location of property. My entire experience was terrible.

path to the hotel is not that great if you are travelling in own car . atleast hotel should communicate the path is not accessible by everyone

1. First of the location they mentioned in the site and google itself is wrong. It is in a secluded place above one hill which is difficult to access. They purposely put a different location to bait more people to book them. 2. The food was poor. There wasn’t any option that they cook food for us. In their page, they says they cook any food but the kitchen itself wasn’t functioning. 3. Cleanliness- We took the Mana for 2 days and paid extra for that room but the condition of the room was extremely poor. The floor was dirty and sticky. The sheets were dusty and had spiders. The bed itself was too old and hurts our back. We booked for 3 people so they had to provide an extra bed. But what they gave us was a dusty old thin mattress and a torn sheet. It doesn’t feel like we were on a vacation. The rating we see is manipulated ones. Don’t book or stay here. That is the main reason they don’t have any refund or cancellation policy because they know no one will stay there once they see the place. Very bad experience. The owner needs to be responsible. The only good thing was 2 caretaker boys who tried to help us but there was limitations considering the poor condition of the whole stay.

It was a pleasant experience in this property, but the location was terrific as it is accessible by jeep/that type of vehicle.

Excellent place to stay, very safe for family. Te owner was very friendly & helpful. Actually ve booked for 1 day & extended our stay for 1 more day he even gave us a discount.Basil Staffs were very polite & friendly. They vl arrange wat ever food ve want & te food was very delicious. They even arranged for a jeep safari at our request & te one who took us in jeep name Gemon was really good we had a great adventures experiences he took us to various places which we enjoyed vel actually ve booked him from 6am to 6 pm but ve took till 9.30 pm which he dint charged us extra or he dint even mentioned regarding the time which was relly great. The total team was awesome & good my rating for them is 100 out of 10 😁 sure a next time il be staying there keep up you good work 👏👏👍👍
