I visited this property to celebrate the First birthday of my daughter with my Family and we had a really good time. The property is not located in a crowded place so you get the disconnect you are looking for. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained (can accommodate 3/4 persons easily) and the staff is also very courteous. The property is well taken care of- the pool the lawn are well maintained. Food is make to order and you’ll love the quality served. Lastly, the host Mr. Anil is a very hospitable gentleman and will assist you with all your needs. I’ll definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting with their family or friends

Overall the day was really good 👍. Just one small feedback – the blanket had some stains, so I asked the caretaker to change it and he did. Except for this, everything was great and I truly enjoyed my stay. I’ll definitely recommend Windchime Cottages to my friends too.

The hosts were extremely good, helpful, and welcoming. The food was homely, and the rooms were clean. However, the property is in a very secluded area with an unsafe approach, has no proper boundary or fencing, and lacks basic security. As an all-girls group, we felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. We booked trusting MakeMyTrip ratings but were very disappointed. Requesting a full refund due to safety concerns and misrepresentation.

We had a wonderful weekend in Wind Chime Nagaon. Its a wonderful place to spend some time. Absolutely serene and peaceful completely out of hustle of the town

peaceful stay @windchime especially the owner Anil gunde is always ready to welcome the guests. authentic kokani food taste and homely personal touch . Enjoyed the stay. They made special arrangements for my birthday too. The property is away from the hustle and bustle of the city but not near the beach The closest beach is 3 kms away

Location is really peaceful and away from the chaos of the city. Owners are personally involved, so service is top notch. Property is well maintained. Cost is slightly on a higher side, but the location and service makes up for it.

The stay was comfortable, host and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The host ensured that the guests were entertained and having a good time. The location was also nice it was a little inside which ensured that we aren’t in midst of the buzzing crowds during the weekend while not too far from the beach also. Special mention to the kitchen staff the food was excellent, everything was well made and just super fresh. We loved the whole experience.

Feel so fortunate to have found windchime at the very last moment when we planned to go for a trip on the 20 -21 jean weekend. We were not sure whether or not we will be able to go as i didn’t want to book a regular hotel or resort for this trip but a peaceful and calm place and reading the reviews, windchime felt just that. Sandhya messaged me with all the necessary details early on 20th before we left and also kindly suggested that we have lunch at wind-chimes before heading out towards kashid beach which was our plan. It was really a good suggestion given the rush at all places being a weekend. We reached wind-chime and were welcomed by a smiling anil. Some fresh kokum sarbat as welcome drink, light breeze, calm sounds of the windchimes, big swings in-front of each rooms, clean rooms and bathroom, happy faces of the family, play area for us and our 4 yr old - i knew i made a good choice. Then came the lunch - tasty, homely and full of flavour. We took some rest (a quick nap, maybe) in the hammocks behind a cottage and that just made the trip for me ) during dinner time, anil took out a casual karaoke set-up ane that really added to the whole vibe. Our 4-yr old surprised all of us by singing a song holding a mic for the first time. People joined in for karaoke and our kid happily joined another group of two couples also. We chatted, met new people, had tasty ‘ukadiche modaks’ and then went of to sleep peacefully. Waking up and swinging in that peaceful environment was so calming. The complimentary breakfast was misal pav, poha, bread butter-jam and a good tea. Played some badminton, relaxed some more, freshened up and finally was ready to leave when anil very sweetly gifted a sweet something to our little one. Thank you, anil and everyone at windchimes for hosting us with so much warmth. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Wind-chime cottage is perfect for stay. The room was very clean and cosy and food was home made and tasty.

Exceptional hospitality Very kind and caring hosts. Great food, playing area, karaoke. We were on a girls trip and had a lot of fun!! This will be my go to place for staying at alibag anytime. Highly recommended and especially very safe for girls

Pros: 1) budget friendly & delicious food. 2) neat & clean rooms & linen. 3) kid friendly rooms. 4) outdoor sports available. 5) designated kids play area. The host mr. Anil personally greeted each family which was wonderful. Will definitely recommend this stay! looking forward to visit again.

I visited with my family during diwlai break, was treated well by the staff there. Rooms, washrooms were very clean. Nice location to chill out with family. The owner himself is a perfect host.

The location is easily accessible by car, very peaceful surroundings. Eight cottages are comfortable and well maintained. Restaurant and exteriors are nicely decorated with local artifacts. Restaurant serves limited but delicious local food. You need to tell your food choices in advance so that the staff can buy and serve fresh. Anil is a great host and generally around on weekends. He can give suggestions if you want to do some local sightseeing. Nagaon beach is just a 10 minute drive and nice to enjoy the sunset. Dattatraya temple is also a short drive from wind-chimes cottages. Overall, a relaxing and memorable break!

We went to the wind-chime cottages and we were greeted by the hosts. They were very nice. The rooms were clean. The ffod was the star and the karoke night arranged by them was superb. Will visit again if i get a chance. Location is great too.

Beautiful property in the lap of nature. Great host. Super food. Helpful and m itch matured staff. Overall it is worthwhile.
