The Staff at the property was amazing, helpful, and down to earth. They were always ready to assist and made the stay comfortable. The View/Location was superb, with a hillside view and glimpses of Kanchenjunga. The property was clean, neat, and well-maintained, making the Cleanliness top-notch. The Food & Dining was excellent, with tasty and homely food options. The staff was friendly and helpful, arranging everything for the guests. However, the property was a little far from the main market, and some guests had to hire vehicles for daily needs. Overall, a great stay with helpful staff, excellent views, and clean surroundings.
