staff is very supportive, location is also good.

Location is really good central to Calangute market. Needs a lot of maintenance. Broken AC , almirah, side tables. Breakfast is very basic. Not really value for money.

The location is peefect match for North Goa trip. Hotel staff were co operatibe and hospitality was good. Room and neatness is average.

room was not well maintained and there was no water for more than 2 hours after check in... too many cockroaches in the room.. Maintenance was terrible, 1. there were too many cockroaches 2. Water was not there until 2 hrs of check in 3. Water was leaking from cooler in d room 4. They cut the power on d last day where we took additional 30 mins to vacate the room

Absolutely terrible experience. Rooms were untidy. No toiletries were provided. No help from staff for any issues raised during the stay. Found multiple cockroaches in the room. During checkout, staff were us to give 5 star rating in turn for complimentary drinks, which we, of course, denied. The bedspread and bedsheets didn't look like they were washed. Breakfast spread was very average. Untidy rooms, unhelpful staff and property infested with cockroaches is not one would expect on a vacation.

The hotel is situated in a good location. Calangute beach is 6-7 min walk. Property is nice. Rooms are spacious, but need some renovation. The pool is clean & accessible.

Everything is perfect.. I had a pleasant stay at The Mayfield Hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the location near Calangute Beach made it very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience
