AC was not working, no light in the bathroom, rooms are compact but food is good, not justified to rates.

Overall experience is good according to the hotel and supporting staff, especially managers who take care of the visitors. Any family can take this property with cleanliness and ambiance point of view also walking distance from the Calnute beach.

the hotel is best for family vacation, i would recommend to stay at Windsor bay calungute. harsh help us to chekin early before the the time. food was great on time.all in all its good stay

AC and TV never worked even after informing multiple times. That staf did changed the room twice but still the same problem. Not so clean washroom but the location is very good and staff is polite

Location is really good central to Calangute market. Needs a lot of maintenance. Broken AC , almirah, side tables. Breakfast is very basic. Not really value for money.
