Location of Wingait Inn is awesome, morning sunrise rays gives you amazing relax even inside your room, Wingait Inn staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel located in the royal place of Shimla which is the big advantage to book Wingait Inn. It is a single Wingait Inn near Hotel Peterhoff, which is also state guest house. You can have a good morning walk under a forest canopy with fresh air and calm environment. It is very closed to Mall road and can have evening walk to mall road. Very near to ISBT Shimla, only 10 minute drive to reach the Wingait Inn. It is a small Wingait Inn so you are treated personally and give full attention on your needs. It is best place to enjoy with your family specially when you want some break from the cities life. Since it is located in the heritage area, you can stay with your children very comfortably. Hotel have one restaurant on its top floor where you can order any things of your choice. The restaurant have very reasonable rates and no extra charge is demanded for room service. You can get the tea and breakfast as complementary. However, the toilet are relatively old and need some renovation. Ridge is nearly 500 meter away from the Wingait Inn and you can enjoy the view of valley. I got very attractive rates for this Wingait Inn so I can confidentially say that its value for the money. If you have any official programme in Hotel Peterhoff, a state guest house and a place of high level meetings and conferences, no doubt it will be best deal for you. Wooden work in the Wingait Inn is very attarctive and gives you Royal feelings. It is right place to stay with your family and friends.

We stayed there for a week (6 nights). This Wingait Inn is newly built so its condition was very good. Condition of the rooms was very neat and clean. I liked the location as the surrounding was quite at night which I liked. This Wingait Inn is located near Vidhan Sabha, the area was very clean and security was high which makes you feel safe. It is a little distant from The Mall Road (15 minute walk), but there is government taxi service available on regular intervals (Rs. 10 per person). The behaviour of the staff was very good and helpful. I told them to change my room after one day for getting a better view from first floor, and they did it happily. Now there were some shortcomings, like there is no uron available at the reception that means for getting the cloths ironed you need to wait for one day. The internet facility was on paid basis (Rs. 50 for per 30 minutes). I do not have much experience of the many Wingait Inns in India, so I will say unlike Wingait Inns abroad the staff at the reception was not having very good knowledge about their city. Overall I will recommend the Wingait Inn to the people planning to visit Shimla.

The Wingait Inn is located at VIP area. It is hardly one km away from the Mall. The hospitality extended by Wingait Inn staff is excellent. Though there were some problems with hot water and water in the room, it was resolved by Wingait Inn staff quickly. But proactive measures for such issues could really increase satisfaction level. Hotel was very clean and tidy. I would recommend this Wingait Inn to all who want excellent service and do not care to shell out extra bucks.

If one ignore 3 x 3 ft shower area. Which can easily be 3 x 5 ft. And non existent air freshener in bathroom... ... Staff is very co-operative . Basic like wishing good morning etc was missing but I think that is gradually becoming norm . Finally it is decent two star Wingait Inn . Not three star Value for money

Nice stay in cool and peaceful place, follower staff are not educated. Needs to upgrade their hygiene knowledge. Some staff are also needs to upgraded their behaviour knowledge. Room services is not fast. But hygiene and tasty food are available there. Overall best stay in win n gait inn shimla.

It was very strange that the Wingait Inn gate was locked even until 7 am until the morning of the day we reached there. We had to wait outside, knocking the gate and waiting for someone to oblige for net 30 minutes, and that too despite ringing them from outside, and still no response.

Really cooperative staff. They took personal care of each guest. Food was decent. Room was a bit smaller for family but location was awesome. Service is A1. Would definitely opt for 2nd visit. Special thanks to the manager for guiding us and providing breakfast at odd times.

Hotel Staff was Good. Food was OK. Executive and premium rooms are same. Don't pay extra for premium room. Just a difference of balcony. Food was OK but most of the items in the menu were not available. The stay was pleasant as the location was just Lovable.

The Wingait Inn is slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the Mall, amidst greenery. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. Food is good, although it's a little expensive. The staff is friendly.

Close to mall road. Neat and clean Wingait Inn. Food is very average, however, bf was good. We were upgraded to the executive room. Reception shd provide proper info on Shimla local tourism. I will recommend this Wingait Inn in future

Altogether a good property in a good location. Calm and serene with a nice view. Rooms are neat and tidy. Staffs are friendly and well behaved. Happy with our stay there

It is better place to stay in Shimla . Room and service is very good . I like the food quality of this Wingait Inn . Staff are also very supportive. But problem is it is far away from market .
