Had a wonderful and peaceful stay here! A big shoutout to the staff—they were incredibly supportive, engaging, and quick to assist. From suggesting nearby places to visit to arranging local taxi bookings, their hospitality truly stood out. The stay itself was great—neat, clean, and secure, with prompt services and amazing Mountain View from the balcony. The room had all the amenities as promised, and the location was conveniently accessible from Mall Road. An added bonus was the parking space, making it a great choice whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or as a couple. Overall, a fantastic experience. Would definitely recommend!

The property is just a stone’s throw from the Clock Tower, making access to the bazaars super easy. It’s clean, well-maintained, and the staff are incredibly helpful—always ready with great recommendations on where to visit, shop, and eat. Even though we arrived early, we were promptly given our rooms, which was much appreciated. The food was delicious, though @winterfellstays, a little work on the chai wouldn’t hurt! Overall, 100% recommend—plus, the views of Landour from the property are absolutely stunning!

Best stay we could have had! Everything was really great – the Winterfell Stays staff was very well-behaved and nice. There's a boy named Sarthak working there, and he provided the best service we could ask for. The food was also great, and everything was available right in the room, along with a beautiful balcony view of the valley. Highly recommended to everyone!

The stay was excellent. The services were top notch. The view from our balcony was awesome. The property has a great location too. Mall road was at walking distance. We had a great stay at winterfell.

The stay was wonderful and the food was also also fresh and tasty. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. They guided us on our plans diligently and arranged cabs promptly.
