The experience was hassle free, room number was 302 no balcony view, all amenities provided and working properly , food was tasty mix paratha , grilled sandwich , butter toast these are food we ate, also they provided Scotty for roaming areas which was rental registered , all and all stay was excellent.

It's the best place to stay in mussoorie which is very close to the mall road and other iconic places. Staff is very friendly and helpful, just ask them for help and they'll arrange anything for you. This place will feel like a second home to you. Very nice ambience!

The location, service, staff and the ambience were absolutely on point. They have taken a step ahead to decorate the room on our special occassion. I will definitely recommend this place to all the tourists who are planning a trip to mussoorie and landour.

The stay was excellent. The services were top notch. The view from our balcony was awesome. The property has a great location too. Mall road was at walking distance. We had a great stay at winterfell.

Nice ambiance, very hygienic and clean rooms and washrooms. I am very thankful to the Winterfell Stays management as they allowed early check-in on a highly busy day. Very friendly and cheerful staff.

Hotel rooms are very comfortable and cosy. Quality and quantity of food is also very good
