I had a pleasant experience during my stay as the hospitality provided by the staff was truly commendable. They were warm, welcoming, and attentive to our needs, ensuring that we felt comfortable throughout our visit. The service was efficient, and the team showed genuine care in making sure guests were satisfied. However, I did notice that there is room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness. While the overall environment was decent, certain areas could have been maintained better to enhance the overall experience. A little more attention to detail in cleaning would make the stay absolutely perfect.

The place is not good it is dirty and smells very bad. They don't even serve the welcome drink mentioned while booking the hotel and the service is very bad bathroom is dirty and flush is not functioning properly. There is even power cuts . Food and view is okay. But everything else is bad. Don't book this hotel

Great stay with a amazing view

Staffs are good only , rooms are terrible neither phone was working neither geyser was working, There is no power backup for fan . Apart from this this is just hukka bar.

Our experience was really pathetic as our room no was 104 and 105. In terms of hygiene it was really bad and dirty no system of water in washrooms we survived alot. I would never ever recommend anybody to visit at this place. Food was not soo good. And the coordinator team was not punctual at given order time we waited for 1 order atleast 1 hour or more.

No facility was provided to us . Their staff was very rude to us .

It was a wow property. The location is amazing with the view of Mussoorie. Amenities and services are also excellent. Food is good . But our overall experience was good.

property location is good ... its distance from main mussoorie is 8 kms aproxx but good vibe and staff is cooperative... i just find one issue they dont have ro water ... you have to buy the bottle of water always .. food is good and tasty and quantity of food is is good .. if u ordered one half kadhai chicken or any other dish... four people can easily manage to eat it with rotis ... overall experience is good but they should install the ro filter water plant for customers of hotel

I just want to mention that food was amazing, the view was outstanding but only thing we didn't like that there was not enough mirrors ( not even in washroom )

Only hotel rooms were neat and clean but The atmosphere was so terrible not recommend to family and couple. All local groups stay and party till 2 or 3 AM drinking smoking continues u will not feel safe at this place. Food was also taste less.

Totally bad rooms those type of rooms can cost for 500 only, additionally the other guest played loud songs whole night which disturbed our sleep, along with this services in hotel was very poor

Property location is nice. On the highway. Parking available. But staff is average. Owner is nice but you need to clarify in advance if you opted for breakfast and dinner. No buffet system. Otherwise you may be charged. I was charged extra 2000 inspite of booking breakfast and dinner in advance via make my trip. But owner is very understanding and good person and he waived the amount. So pols only book accomodation. Because make my trip has charged me double for breakfast and dinner.

We were family members of six adults and two kids. We stayed in the private suit room with the mountain view. It was a nice neat and clean room with a very good mountain view and excellent room service by the hotel staff. The food in the in-house restaurant was also very good. The hotel is on the mussoorie road itself with good parking facility.
