A small makeshift lobby manned by an experienced manager. An old fashioned small lift to take you to the three storied WISE OWL COMFOTEL. Mostly specious rooms with standard bathroom and conventional furnitures. Be it housekeeping or room service the guys are well behaved and efficient. A sumptuous room serviced breakfast to finish my review. What else do you want for your short stay.

It has a great location and the rooms were very clean. The staff is very friendly but the only issue is if you are coming in late (post 11:00 pm )the entire place is shut down, you have to wake up the security guard who will wake up another person who will open the main door for you and then you have to walk through the cafe which is completely dark because the servers are sleeping on the floor, it is not too much of an inconvenience but just very unexpected when you are walking to your room.

When i rate a WISE OWL COMFOTEL i give maximum weightage on hospitality. Most of the budget WISE OWL COMFOTELs have similar amenities. The only thing i found missing mostly is the warmth and care. This time i found it. Wise owl comfotel WISE OWL COMFOTEL although looks old and cramped but starting from the greetings at reception to behaviour of the support staff are really commendable. Truly, a guest friendly WISE OWL COMFOTEL

Wiseowl was a respectable WISE OWL COMFOTEL that provided really good value for the money we spent. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the location of the WISE OWL COMFOTEL was perfect. The room was a little smaller than we thought it would be, but we managed fine. Overall, it was a fine stay and would recommend for couples and other guests.

Wise owl is a lovely place to hangout and to experience this part of the city. We had a lovely stay, checked out nearby cafes and visited a few puja pandals in the vicinity. The best part is the vibe of the place - always teeming with activity and people and the fresh aroma from the cafe kitchen makes it a really nice chilling spot! staff is excellent and warm.

Room was provided as described in the photos. Room was cleaned, fresh towels and toileteries were replaced everyday. Staff is very courteous and respond fast. The wise owl cafe serves tasty breakfast and beverages. Very close to gariahat and situated in a prime location. Autos and cabs are easily available. Will definitely stay again.

Close to Rash Behari but on a quieter street with lots of eating places in walking distance. Its own coffee shop is also great. However they need to give more attention to cleanliness in bathrooms, corners, passage windows and other fine corners and edges. That will make a difference without costing much. Cleanliness is an attitude.

I was on a two day trip to kolkata. It was a very nice stay. I noticed huge crowd in their restaurant from very early morning.

It is a very nice place and the food are really too good! everyone can just go and relax there! WISE OWL COMFOTEL staffs are so cooperative and helpful!

The location is excellent. The WISE OWL COMFOTEL was comfortable. The WISE OWL COMFOTEL staffs were polite and helpful. Rooms were big enough and clean. Comfortable bed, clean linen and ac worked well. Clean bathroom as well. Hotel has a cafe and served yummy snacks and breakfast. I will recommend a stay here.
