Wood Creek Resort & Spa

Located about 6km from Kasauli center, this is located at a peaceful valley with wonderful view of Kasali town and Monkey point from its balcony. Stayed for two days in a super deluxe with bathtub with personal balcony where you could enjoy the sun. The rooms were relatively small but was very nice. The staff were very friendly. The spa was quite wonderful managed by a Kerala Ayurvedic trained nurse who had excellent suggestions for the procedures. Food was also quite mild and great. The rooftop play area is also good with Table tennis and Carrom tables.

I stayed in this beautiful resort from 2nd march 21 to 4th march. The resort is located 6km before kasauli mall road in a very beautiful and peaceful location away from hustle bustle of city. Variety of food and politeness of the staff is the main attraction of the resort. One example, there was no water in washroom in both the rooms, i rang at 5am and it was there. Ample parking and lot of open space. Book your room on top floor.

The resort does not deserve the amount it charges. While the location wan not that bad, the room could have been better. Small facilities matter when you are looking for comfort. This Hotel does not understand that. And the worst part is it charges really high for food that is extremely bad- no choice and seems hurriedly put together by the chef. The staff was well behaved and courteous but that alone goes only so far.

I booked the room with bathtub, it was very small room and most of the sockets not working or in broken state. Lights were not working, there was no fresh kit of utilities. Then I asked for a room change and the same condition of things were there. No recreational activities were in good state. And breakfast was terrible. I will never prefer a stay in this property again.

Good Hotel for stay with deluxe rooms balcony facing with a good view of the nature. Food quality was good. Excellent service, staff was very cooperative. Overall good stay. One thing to be noted that here this Hotel has sports activities but it is chargeable, which has to be free actually for Hotel residents.

The Wood Creek Resort & Spa is located at the start for Kasauli. You have a nice view from balcony .. Its valley view. Rooms are spacious. We were 3 friends and it was very comfortable. You have parking space incase you go by your own vehicle. Food is also good. The rushy Kasauli is just 15 min up the hill

Went with family and found excellent service and very efficient staff. Good variety in buffet. It's about 15 mins drive from Kasauli mall road. Good roof top sitting arrangement. Has ample parking capacity. Menu has wide vaiety and all food was well prepared, it was costly but I was worth it.

The room was very well maintained. It had good lightnings and the view outside was amazing.

Hotel is very good with amazing balcony view

The water and electricity were off time to time, which hope to be improve. Also there was no English Chanel like a movie to watch.

It was a great stay with scenic view of lush green mountains. Staff was so quick and friendly to respond. Terrace offers a great view with pool table and table tennis to play.

Hotel has no conveyance option available to go Kasauli Market.

Would recommend this property if you are looking for some time in the lap of the nature. We kind of feel that the bed mattress should have to be more comfortable, we found them too much on the softer side not good for the long sleep.

Location is good. It's 6 km before main Kasauli. The breakfast in the buffet at Wood Creek Resort & Spa is good.
I think they should provide some kids play zone and swimming pool as the pricing. They are charging is very high.

Hotel is at good location with scenic beauty also interiors are good. Staff is very polite and good. No issues what so ever. We booked ultra deluxe room and was amazing. Kudos to all.

Not good preparation and presentation

Location of the Hotel is just perfect. It is not very far from the Kasauli market. View from the balcony is superb. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff is very polite. The quality and variety of food is simply great.

All rooms have balcony where you can enjoy beautiful valley view, great staff, great food, amazing terrace, lift, overall it is perfect.

Stay was good. Bedsheets were not clean. Were stinking. Flies and mosquitoes were there at dining hall at breakfast. Location is good. Staff is also good and friendly.
