Very bad service, Toilet Flush, Landline, TV, was not working . Given complain to the reception but no body response on this. No complementary water at the room. No hot water option in the washrooms. Minimum options of Breakfast, one plate Watermelon, 5 allo paratha, Powa , bread, no Idili no Vada or no dosa, No Upma. … Very bad experience

The stay and service was good rooms are ok food is nice too, but the heater doesn't work mostly and some cushions are not good.

I visited this weekend and I personally didn't like there was no music near swimming pool .also at 9 around 9 it was scary no lights near property it was going only it good only if you want to stay in your room AC is not working mid i change room I never visit again

The hygiene and cleaning at property was poor. We had to make repeated requests for basic things like tea cups. Also lighting at passage was not working so it was dark. Very poor experience

The overall stay was Average. Property & Stay - Wood Stock Acres Villa Resort is a very good property but it's not very well maintained as it should be. A day before i called them up requesting to give me rooms close by as both my parents are Senior Citizens who are above 70yrs so they told me they will try will do that but at the time of check in they showed me a Villa whose stairs were shaking and were not at all feasible for my parents to climb up. So after speaking to Ruhi and Ravi about the same they showed me Villa 9 in which room no 901 and 902 were allocated. So room 901 was down and room 902 was up which was Ok to us. After checking up in both the rooms my brother noticed there was a leakage issue in the bathroom in 901. Maintenance guy came but the problem wasn't sorted, so they offered us some other villa without asking for it. My brother and I both went to see the villa but it was the same again one room down and another room up so we finally decided to stick to Villa no 9. Staff - Staff is amazing. Pawan in the restaurant is an amazing guy who helped me and my family throughout our stay. Ruhi was also helpful Food - Morning chef is just amazing. He just makes amazing and mouthwatering food. I didn't like the food which was being made on the 29th March night and I did complain about it. Please take care of this amazing property and more staff needs to be added for sure and Cleanliness is must too

Loved this place. Had a lovely stay. Just had a lil issue with ac not working there. But soon my problem was resolved. Staff members were helpful

Servicing n the place is okay but the food has caused me decentry. Dont ever eat the food they provide you will surely get ill

The location and rooms were good. But the reception and the rest of teams were literally non existent. All our requests were taken but never fulfilled. Inf-act i had to go and personally collect dental kits

It was a wonderful and comfortable stay we would definitely like to visit the place again also if there would be a little more variety in the food menu. It would have been soul satisfying but we really enjoyed the stay and looking forward to staying there again thank you

Descent room, clean bathroom, swimming pool, greenery gardens, hill view from specific rooms, clean maintained resort. Decent staff. However food was average and menu has very few options. Stay was good excluding food.
