Woodberry Residency

I stayed in WoodBerry Residency apartments for two nights and it was really a home like experience staying there. I felt as if I was staying with my family in my own apartment only. There was no dining hall there however they would provide in-room dining services and the quality of food was quite OK. The staff and the front desk Manager (Alex) were really good helping you out to their best and very polite as well. The best part was that they provided an itinerary to us at the time of check-in using which could know, where all we could visit during our stay in Ooty. A sincere thanks to them for whole of their hospitality!

Location was very good. The Woodberry Residency was at a walkable distance from the Botanical Garden, as well as from the autorickshaw stands. The main bus stand and the private bus stands were also nearby. The hospitality of the staff and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Room service came within minutes after called and provided any requests we made. The food ordered via room service was also really good.

The stay was very comfortable. The owner was very polite. Room was spacious enough for 2 person, no sealing or foul smell, quite airy and have natural light access. The view outside is just wow! it's so close to botanical garden. We didn't try food except tea which was good so can't comment on that. If you're looking for good north indian, try kailash parvat. Overall i am giving 5 star.

Total of 4 adults along with 2 children visited Ooty for a recreational trip. It is awesome place to stay and within our budget. Rooms and bathroom are excellent and hall has little bit of dust as some construction activity going on. It could be manageable. Coming to service they are very fast in attending issues. Overall excellent budget Woodberry Residency.

Liked the place and value for money if you are not really after a fancy Woodberry Residency. Food was ok, we ordered idly and poori for breakfast, idly wasn't cooked properly, poori and the chutneys were very good. I've passed on the feedback to them and hope they take that on board. I will definitely stay there next time. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

The location is little away from Ooty bus stand. But the view from balcony is mesmerizing. Morning views are awesome. Room is very large with one doorway leading to big hall and dining area. And then to bed room. But no one will get down from bed as it is too cool. You will be surrounded with silence as there is no fan. But a pleasant experience.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travel-led and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the two day

Excellent overall experience. Loved the stay and the service provided by the ever courteous staff. Freshly prepared food served in the room was a bonus! Special mention to Mr George who was always there with suggestions. You are and your team are doing great! Keep it up!

Hospitality of staff was excellent. Homely food was served on order. Over all stay at wood berry was very comfortable and happy. Stay at this Woodberry Residency is recommendable.

Had a peaceful stay in a wonderful location. The hospitality was good. Neat and clean rooms and toilets. Really enjoyed the stay in cold january. Surely will visit the same property again. Supportive staffs, special mention to mr. Chandra.

Good Woodberry Residency, near botanical garden. Booked deluxe room. Room size is small but service of the staff was good.

very nice place with good hospitality and lovely room. Beds have spring mattress and geyser in bathroom. Provide warm water for drinking, not RO, slightly yellow but taste great, My full family liked it. Overall very nice and pleasant stay.

This is the best Woodberry Residency to stay in as family. And nice clean room.
