The place was not the same as what is shown in the images, it is very poorly maintained and was quite unclean and dirty, I stayed in the luxury tent and it was quite dirty, the floor of the washroom in specific, even the sink water was not passing. Also, please do not order in-house, the food was not good at all. Will not recommend this place overall.

Very good and homely feelings. Swimming pool maintenance is good. Homely food and no noise atmosphere. Resort manager and staffs are very polite. Ever one may feel free in that zone. Thanks t wow bison woods. But one thing that they might improve the wifi connection in rooms, some times it lagging , otherwise all are great.

Stay in the executive room was average. I complained about bad smell in the room and toilet. After repeated complaints resort manager assured me an upgrade for last night out of 3N stay. Food was average. House keeping team lead Raja goes extra mile for customers and he is very kind. Resort management arranged for a Diwali celebration followed by bursting cracker on diwali evening but nature had a different plan. It started to rain and interruped the celebration but we didn't care

It's very unforgettable memories, ambiguous is very pleasant and staffs are very kind and friendly. Food is really very tasty and all menu items delicious. We took heritage room and it was really super atmosphere. Family and friends perfect spot for stay with reasonable price. Good resort for a weekend stay

Stayed this weekend with family at the Wow Bison Woods. Good hotel with decent rooms (we took a Heritage room that included breakfast and dinner). We ended up having all 3 meals daily at this resort and have no complaints. Sports facilities are poor and almost non-existent

Not worth the money at all. The only good thing was that the staff was friendly and courtesous. The poor souls were mostly lost and subsequently . terribly dirty and smelly pool, my room was opposite it . . The food was at best average. I reccomend you dont go there. No positives to tell

I like the amenities. Vehicle facilities are good.i got a good nature experience.but food wise it is not valuable for money. they have less menu.some of the foods are too salty.I like the staff treated us.Iam disappointed only for the food otherwise I got good experience in this resort.

Stay was good but We had booked a Heritage Room for two nights but were given a tent the first night and asked to shift rooms the next day. The real inconvenience was being told to check out by 12 PM and then waiting the entire day for the room, carrying our luggage with us until evening. This poor management completely disrupted our trip. Not acceptable for a confirmed booking.

A place down a 35° Slope nestled within nature. Hanging trumpet flowers will welcome you to A rock with the name of a resort. Delicious aroma is already on upon your entry in to the car parking... Parking is as well ample where you don't have to worry about your machine. Truly misty, lush green place with Tents, heritage type of buildings, and pool near a large fig tree. GOKUL, SURESH, MUNIYANDI, JAYA, ARUN, Thileep, unna malai, and all personnel who I met there on 17-19 AUG were indeed super Excellent

lovely cozy stay

The property was very lovely and cozy . All staffs were warm and welcoming especially Mr.Suresh and front desk and young man Gokul who happily played with my kids and another young trainee in restaurant. Will definitely stay here again. The food was good as well.

I booked 3nights . This was my 4th time .., but this time the stay in bison wood was not wow . Lack of maintenance, lack of response , lack of ambience in the room, water stagnance in washroom . Totally disappointed stay .. except diner , the food was good . The price was bit high in such circumstances. And also the mind was freaked out .

We booked heritage room . Team allocated room on ground floor . Bathroom stinked throughout the stay and even after they cleaned. On arrival the there were no fresh towels or even dustbin in the room. Even though the manager came forward and apologized, I felt the staff had not been trained properly and didn't have enough experience. For the price we pay, the ambience and cleanliness is not worth.
