We went with the family with young children and our stay was simply awesome. Staff was really cooperative as they provided us with the milk for our kids during odd hours in the night & even accommodated our late check-out request. My family enjoyed the breakfast and dinner menu while their chef provided tawa chapatis to our elderly members. We booked 4 rooms and will surely stay at wow whenever we get an opportunity to visit indore next time. Thanks to the team wow for making our trip a memorable one.

It was an amazing experience. We were blown by the hospitality and their focus towards customer’s satisfaction. Rooms are spacious, very comfortable and exude luxury. Very well maintained and aesthetically designed property, kudos to all staff and management. Special thanks to mr sandeep barwe( head housekeeping manager) who looked into our requests and ensured we get the best in class service throughout our stay.

We did a corporate booking. Food was good but what i said we should get some corporate discount on food bcz it is very much expensive. The rates are even higher than other premium properties. Try to give double bed not twin bed. At reception i met with prince he is very very nice guyz, help me alot in my early check out and arranging by breakfast. His way of talking and understanding is good. Kudos to him.

The stay was very leisure. the staff, the chef was super helpful and friendly and quite flexible as well. the trip advisor there (Mr. Jay Tiwari) were great at helping us with our tour of Indore and guide to the temples over there. Great food, especially their non-veg food in lunch and dinner. Delicious breakfast, desserts were a must have. Very considerate staff (Mr. Steve, Ms. Jonmoni, Ms. Nitanjali)

Very good property, good quality variety food and in center of city. Rooms are spacious and clean. Swimming pool is also clean and top of the Wow Crest IHCL SeleQtions therefore provides great view of the city. Malls are near by and 15 min distance from chappan. Staff can be more courteous as they mentioned early check-in at 10am requires 25% extra payment, which i have never seen in other properties

Hospitality is very good. Rooms are little small but fine. Bed sizes are good. Food taste is good. Overall good experience and recommendable for corporats

Excellent property, friendly service. Comfortable rooms. Cleanliness was top notch. The gym is also great with all machines and table tennis setup. Pool is on the rooftop in infinity style and is great. Rooftop restaurants are also very good!

Great Wow Crest IHCL SeleQtions, self and wife had come for indore for ujjain and omkareshwar darshan. The Wow Crest IHCL SeleQtions staff was courteous, at reception mr pushkar and service attendant mr jitendra yadav were very kind and helped us with early check-in and also the other staff. Food was great. The Wow Crest IHCL SeleQtions upgraded me to executive room that was the icing on cake
