Nice to stay and good food. Also nice location, must try once if you come here side in Ahmedabad. Good and cooperative staff.

I had several issues in the room: 1. The first night I stayed there a bat was flying around and I had to change the room 2. Room thermostat didn’t work and the room remained cold throughout forcing me to switch the AC unit 3. Wooden floor was always wet and made walking bare foot within the room extremely unpleasant.

they gave us non veg food where we are pure veg and we knw after having 1 bite it's too terrible for us

I booked a 1-night, 1-day stay through MakeMyTrip, clearly mentioning my preference for a garden view room on a higher floor. However, upon arrival, I was allotted a city-view room without anyone checking my reservation request. The first room was not well maintained — the walls had dampness, curtains and glasses were dirty, and even the blanket was unclean. After I raised the issue, I was finally shifted to a better room facing the garden, which was more comfortable. The food quality was good, though quite expensive. We had booked our stay with breakfast and dinner included, and the meals were satisfactory. However, the play zone, café, lobby, and club reception area were full of mosquitoes, making it uncomfortable to sit or relax. Another disappointing part was the extra ₹47 charge every time my daughter went to the play area — despite us being hotel guests and already paying separately for activities. This wasn’t informed to us in advance, leading to confusion and dissatisfaction. The staff didn’t apologize or show empathy; they were more focused on collecting the charge than ensuring a good guest experience. Infact when we went for dinner in their cube lounge restaurant the manager and the other staff were fighting and arguing in front us. Infact some of them used bad language amongst themselves. Overall, while the property looks beautiful from the reception side, the rooms, bathrooms, and general maintenance need serious improvement. Hospitality was poor, and there was no welcome or warmth from the staff. In summary — ✅ Food: Tasty but overpriced ❌ Rooms: Poorly maintained initially ❌ Cleanliness: Needs major improvement ❌ Hospitality: Lacking empathy and communication ✅ Ambience: Good garden view in the second room The hotel definitely has potential, but better maintenance, communication, and guest service are much needed.

Hotel staff is too good washroom is also hygiene room is crystal clear such a good hotel to stay good

Rooms are excellent, but the staff especially the reception staff are tooo direct and speak on our face .... that’s not the way to speak to any any customer and also need some maintenance of the rooms as well.

Over all ambience, staff attitude, promptness of services , everything was excellent as usual, food quality is good, but choices are very limited. Something really needs to be done about this.

Location wise great, stay was amazing, hygiene was awesome staff was really amazing and professional enjoyed my stay Location and facilities was amazing In food they are working well for hygiene so appreciated

REPEATEDLY REQUEST TO FULFILL DISHES ON TABLE NEEDS . DURING BUFFET TIME MISPLACE OR DISAPPEAR DISHES AND SAY DISH EXHAUSTED OR OUT . STAFFS ARE REALLY ARROGANT .

Though touted as 5 star in some website, the service and especially the room conditions were not very good. Spacious room but upkeep/cleanliness/facilities were lacking. Food in the lounge was good but had too much of oil Approach/Entrance to the property was abysm

The Wyndham Forum is 5 min away from the hotel and connected via basement too. During my stay: The restaurant in the hotel was very clean and had a really good variety of food - healthy and tasty. I want to give a shout out to the FnB HoD and Puja for their hospitality. The hotel room given was spacious. It had all the amenities. It was a bit difficult to get house keeping done at night but they did a really good job executing all the requirements. The shower wasn’t having consistent water temperature but was manageable. The lighting in the entire hotel was a bit dim. The people at the reception were kind, sweet and hospitable too. My overall experience was comfortable and really good.

The stay was amazing, we had a booked a kind bed executive stay, i have been staying in Wyndham for a cery long time and it is my go to place whenever i visit ahmedabad

Room was nice, hotel staff was very supportive, Breakfast also was very wonderful.

Rooms are quite spacious & clean. indoor & outdoor play area covers everything we wanted for a family.
