Xandari Harbour

The Xandari Harbour's location is a bit drawback which makes a narrow ride between the spices market street. The Hotel's elevation resembles like a corporate office. But as soon as entering the premises the scenic view made us standstill. It has been located adjacent to the backwaters. Lots of fishing boats can be viewed while enjoying at the pool area. Hope this the refurbished building of 200 years. Hospitality of the staff had been beyond exemplary. They have a clear vision on customer satisfaction. The rooms had been clean & tidy & having an infant makes easy & comfortable stay. They do have harbour facing rooms Pros: Wide room spread with heritage style. Delicious cum hygienic food. Well trained crew. Cons: No Tv. No Indoor locking system in spice rooms (Locks are there only in Sitout area). A bit expensive.

From the time of check-in until check-out, we were take care in a very special way. All the additional requests were taken care of.
It was a huge and great tool with a nice view. The only thing which I didn't liked is there was no TV in the room which missed my daily news. Even though I missed it the room was so cosy and we never felt as if the TV was not there.

Located at the center of mattanchery / Fort kochi, yet tucked away in its own corner. View in the room is to die for (container and cruise ships pass by), yet mosquitoes and bad smell from the lake adjoining might drive you inside, neither of which is the fault of the Xandari Harbour. Breakfast and food doesn't match anyone's expectations.

Altogether a different experience we had. The property is a heritage one with more than 250 years old buildings with most of the portion still good and intact. Lovely sea view. Delicious and healthy food served with ultimate hospitality. Great stay. I recommend to others and sure we will come back.

An absolute gem of a Xandari Harbour. It is magical as you step in from the busy market road into a completely different world inside the Xandari Harbour with fabulous design and great views of the Kochi harbour. Could spend hours and day just looking at all the boats and ships sailing by.

Excellent Xandari Harbour if you want to explore Fort Kochi area on foot or tuktuk. The rooms were very clean and the Xandari Harbour property including the pool was clean as well. We enjoyed our wonderful breakfast overlooking a fantastic harbour. We stayed in the spice room.

An excellent boutique Xandari Harbour at the heart of Fort Kochi overlooking the Vembanad Lake and Kochi Harbour. All attractions are close by. Very friendly and helpful crew. And so sumptuous, delicious food. Highly recommended for a getaway.

The location is superb. The staff is very accommodating. The views are breathtaking. My entire family enjoyed the ambience, especially the pool.
