Xandari Pearl Beach Resort

This is one of my best experience in all my family vacations within India, Xandari is a 5 Star category resort they also have their own houseboats (10 number), let me explain in bullets:- XANDARI IS A MUTHOOT PROPERTY, 1-First we checked in to Xandari Houseboat which was exclusive only to us, however they also have family houseboats as well & trust me we had an amazing experience with made to order food along with Chef. 2-Well located from Cochin & other by places. 3-It was approx 35kms cruise which was awesome. 4-Post check-out from Xandari Houseboat we checked in to Xandari Pearl (Resort), it was beyond our expectation. 5-18 acre property with just 20 beautiful villas with wide open space, private swimming pool and garden. 6-Resort has an exclusive entry to beach for XANDARI guests. 7-Food is too good both Veg & Non Veg. 8-Staff is well trained & courteous with smile on face every time. 9-They have open to sky bathrooms which is a little awkward concept for Indians but still a good one. 10-Food is a but costly but delicious.

One of the best resorts to stay in Kerala. Especially during this pandemic. Kid-friendly. Lots of space for a walk, cycling. There is an orchid farm, butterfly garden, cattle shed etc. Fish feeding was a surprise(didn’t know about it and wasn’t seen in any vlogs. My kid loved it. There’s also an option for kayaking. Food was awesome. The variety, quality was really good. I had upgraded to blue pearl and boy. Was it worth it. Simply enjoyed the private pool. Special mention to all the staff. Both a professional and personal touch to their hospitality. The best i’ve got till now. Hats off. Beach is also nearby. All in all an awesome experience. Will definitely comeback and has already recommended to all my family and friends.

Th e most loved fact was that this was an Eco friendly resort. Loved the glass bottles instead of plastic bottles. The most amusing one was the banana leaf straw that we got for juices. What a perfect alternative for plastic ones. I didn't see any plastic use in the room not noticeable ones. Being an Eco friendly person loved that. The room was spacious enough with a minimal decor which was impressive and an open roof bathroom with shells in the floor. The most loved part was the plunge pool which was 3 ft and big enough for swimming. Overall the stay was really good.
The room was perfect with the plug he pool and enough towels and everything.

It was just so maintained well. The staff was so helpful and smiling. The room was all set at the time of our arrival. We where welcomed in to the property and a grand tour detailing all the specifics of the Xandari pearl was given to us. the room was cozy and the private garden was memorable. all the greenery and vegetation done and cared was very notable and appreciable. Please note that there is no television in the room and the WiFi is pretty good. It was so enjoyable and worth the time spend there.

Xandari Pearl is a fantastic getaway as a romantic destination. The cottages are classy, clean and spacious. Each room has a private garden, complete with a personal hammock, tables and chairs for relaxation. Premium rooms are also provided with a private pool/ jacuzzi. The washrooms are unique in that they hold an open-air shower facility for that unique and memorable experience. The resort has direct access to a clean and uncrowded part of Marari beach. Menu spread at restaurant is limited.

We had a great stay @xandari pearl beach resort. We enjoyed a lot. Thank you so much for the hospitality. The access to beach was an absolute pleasure. Even though it was public beach, the area near the resort entrance was not crowded. The kite flying activity is a hit. Coming to activities at the resort we had a good time fish feeding and cycling within the property. However the food was little bit expensive. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Xanderi pearls was an awesome experience. Their rooms are very spacious with a private sit out area. It's a individual villa. Loved the entire property very green and serene. They a Beach access from the resort it's like private Beach in the morning ls with no crowd. They have nice pool and spa. Food is decent not very tasty not very bad too. Overall a perfect property in Marari area. To relax. Not much activities in the resort though.

Great service and courteous staff available to make you happy. Boat ride was free service and quiet enjoyable in the monsoon weather. Pool was nice. Indoor pool was also nice. The restaurant was small but nice and the waiters were courteous. P. S. Please bring mosquito repellent cream or something similar with you if travelling during monsoon time as mosquitos would be there in Kerala and as well as in the Xandari Pearl Beach Resort.

They do a very good job of making guests feel welcome. They even arranged a special message on the bed with flowers for our anniversary.

Beautiful Xandari Pearl Beach Resort with spacious, luxurious rooms with open shower -a bit risky, private courtyard opening to the pond, excellent staff, who arranged a lovely dinner in our rooms courtyard, great beach- as good as a private one, first Xandari Pearl Beach Resort to provide free use of items in fridge or on tray, high tea, the typical Kerala - Indian snacks too.

There is no word other than excellent in all aspects or location quality, variety of food, service.

Stayed for one night. Lovely thatched cottages spread over the property. We were upgraded to one with its own pool. Cottages well designed and integrated with landscaping. Very peaceful stay. Place has access to beach. You can also feed the fish in the pond, or go fishing. Relaxing experience!

Good place to enjoy a beach vacation.

It is a huge property adjoining the beach. 30 cottages, high walls for absolute privacy, exclusive swimming pool in some cottages. Serene and beautiful.

Great Xandari Pearl Beach Resort, awesome rooms, access to beach. Landscaping can be better. Went with family and my son thoroughly enjoyed in the pool and beach. Concept rooms with no tv. Very helpful staff. They have pedal boating, a great restaurant, free yoga session etc as well

I was travelling with my mother and wanted a safe snd exotic place snd this was the perfect one. Since the staff knew wevere ladies aline we had a special attention. Resort have a open shower amongst pebbles and it is one strange and thrilling experience

The rooms are superb. Elegant design.. Excellent Service from the staff. The restaurant staff was very helpful. Good quality and tasty food. Rates are on the higher side. But overall one memorable experience.
