The property is overpriced for what it offers. From food to facilities. We had very high expectations from the reviews and was truly disappointed by the place. Even the place is poorly maintained. The rooms are also very basic. Would give it a 3 star for what it offers and definitely not worth the price

I recently stayed at Xandari Pearl Resort for one night with my family, and it was overall a peaceful experience. The resort offers a calm and serene environment, perfect for those looking to unwind. The property is vast and well-maintained, with spacious rooms that add to the comfort. The standout feature of the resort is its direct access to a very clean and safe beach. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time there, and the boating experience was delightful. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. The service was commendable and added a warm touch to the visit. However, the resort felt a bit too quiet, with not much to do apart from enjoying the beach and boating. While there are indoor games and a pool available, we didn’t feel to use them as the overall ambiance lacked liveliness. On the downside, the stay and food were quite expensive, and we didn’t feel it was entirely value for money. While the tranquility and beach access are definite highlights, the high pricing might make it less appealing for families looking for more activities or better cost-to-benefit balance. If you’re seeking a calm, beach-focused getaway and don’t mind the expense, Xandari Pearl could be worth considering.

Food- variety is less but mostly tasty. Expensive - but that’s standard for most resorts 4. They arrange few complimentary activities as well 5. Good hospitality. Cons- 1. Mosquitoes 2. They don’t always have lunch or dinner buffet and ala carte menu is less 3. Takes ages to bring the ala carte food 4. Beach is little smelly with few dogs around 5. You may find snails in your bathroom- again- can happen in any nature resort

familyWe already expected a high quality of service when we realized that this was a muthoot property. And right from the beginning, the people manning the front desk and the check-in just impressed us with their helpfulness and professionalism. The property itself was great. 18 acres of it, flat all the way to the grounds and the beach. Easy access to older people in the family. Vegetable garden and cattle farm activities. Yoga and spa for those who want those. Nice little lake to paddle-boat around and feed the fishes. Great food, and mainly wonderful ambience. The gardener caretaker was very friendly and so was godson who together even packed us bananas and seedlings for us to take home. Overall, we had a wonderful and refreshing stay!

Rooms are neat and clean. The private pool villa is very nice. Staff are polite and cordial. We enjoyed the evening at the beach. The food quality is very good and delicious. It will be memorable if we visit with our family. The welcome drink and the complementary chocolates provided was excellent. They also provided home made traditional chips of kerala as a complementary during the visit.
