Resort is a very good choice for travelers looking for a comfortable, nature-immersed stay with easy access to the city . It's particularly well-suited for families. The serene location and excellent service from the staff are definite highlights.

was a bit expensive considering the facilities Room rent was high as compared to facilities. No board was there to identify the hotel. Distance as mentioned in the App is also misleading. It was more than 2 km from the mall road

The location was easily traceable and the rooms were very spacious. The mountain view was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food quality was good. Hygiene is a concern, rooms and linen can be more clean.

The hotel is at prefect peaceful location with awesome view of mountains hiding in clouds. Its around 2 km away from mall road and away from traffic jams and hustle bustle. The rooms are most spacious with enough space to accommodate 4 king size beds, largest hotel room I have ever seen. Hotel staff, specially Harish ji, are very friendly, co-operating and even arranged a two wheeler on rent directly at hotel. This made our trip most convenient.

Bathrooms are the worst i have been to. Beds had bugs. Looked lovely in the MMT pics. Very ordinary, staff was good though. Not recommended at all .

We stayed there for 3 days and experienced great hospitality which makes us feel like home and food was equally delicious. They have other hotels as well in nainital and corbett we will visit those as well to experience such a lovely hospitality. Kudos team

We had booked this hotel 3rd time and we have received same hospitality , food is amazing, it has parking , interconnected rooms are there we were a family of 8 and very spacious comfortable rooms for all ... a must visit in this luxury bungalow with a decent restaurant .

Had a wonderful trip. Good stay at xomotel. Clean and comfortable room. Great food. Great mountain looking room. Polite and helpful staff. Would certainly recommend.

The place is poorly maintained. Taps are loose, doors do not lock, food is not good, only saving grace was the staff which was very helpful and courteous. It does not feel worth the price we pay. Also, this hotel is far from mall road. At least 2 kms by road.

Rooms are spacious, staff is very friendly. Easily approachable. Washrooms need to be more clean. Overall experience of family was good.

Hotel property is not exactly the same as shown in the pictures. I must say, ground staff is good but the sales team will not support you for anything like anything. They just focused to rent-out the room, you can't share anything if you have some personal issues. They might be more money focused people, i think so. Thanks!

Rooms are quite spacious, views from room is amazing. The guy who provided the room service and other help was very humble and polite. But the food cost is on higher side as per the food quality and standard. I am comparing with other good restraunt in the area.
