Y N Hotels

Location of the property is right in front of the kr puram bus stop so it's easy to identify and also very easy to grab any public transport once you come out of the Y N Hotels. Hotel staffs are very professional and very polite in addressing any issues. Rooms were neatly done. Properly sanitized and cleaned. However the complementary breakfast is not so good in terms of variety of options they give. It's a typical south indian breakfast which comprises of idly and sambar and dosa. I felt there should be other items like bread toast or cornflakes etc. It's not worth 250 plus taxes breakfast that i felt. Rest everything is good.

The Y N Hotels stay was average. The elevator was not working properly, we have informed the recwption desk about the same on the first day of arrival. Still wr could not find any manitance happened on the property after our request. Also the room key was getting deactivated several time a day. Also the bathrooms ceiling were literally broken. The make up room and room service was really nice. Also the tv did not work properly. Other than the above said issues stay was fine.

The location of Y N Hotels is very good, it's in the main road coming to room it's nice in terms of cleanliness, for two people space is sufficient. You can give a try to this Y N Hotels as stay and cleanliness will be good for you. Coming to cons, lift will never be in working condition i guess because we stayed for two days and both days lift facility was not there.

Why i’m preferred this Y N Hotels mean it a near by main road and easy to travel some where and opposite side it’s have a bus stand and this Y N Hotels is allocated in main areas room are neat and clean good environment to stay this place when i going to next time for sure again i preferred this same Y N Hotels

As per your rules, i was supposed to check in at 12. 00 noon, but i was at your Y N Hotels at 8. 30 am, according to my travel schedule, i had to pay extra amount of rs 750- since i checked in a few hours earlier. In future i will go directly to the Y N Hotels and book my room(we were 2 of us.

It's on the old madras road few minutes from kr pura station n metro. Rooms n rest rooms clean n hygenic front desk personnel can be more professional and empowered. We had a mistake in our booking in adding number of people staying with us. There was no cost difference.

Rooms were well maintained and were clean. Staffs are very helpful. Due to navratri rituals i was having limited options for my food to eat and restaurants staff and chef ensured and customised food according to my plan. Thanks you team for overall a great experience

Yeah the stay was good and the behavior of all the staff were excellent. Pros are rooms were well maintained and cleaned, good outdoor view cons are: the price for one night stay is a little bit high and the price for foods from their restaurant is also a little high

Pretty good stay, no toilet paper rolls. Lack of cutlery in rooms and broken floor tile. Overall good

For the price i paid, Y N Hotels room, location, dining everything was good. Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous

Home service is not happy and tv was not worked aswell i was waited whole night for bucket and washroom kit.

Confortable stay with pleasant atmosphere it was very good atmosphere for a family we have stayed for a day. Have allowed guest people inside the room for personal visit without any disturbance. Only concern is that they have not allowed govt office id for the rooms
