Gem of a property! best location in majkhali.

Yak & yeti is by far one of the best places i’ve ever stayed at. The property is located right on a mountain top which has a panoramic view of the panchachauli range of the himalayas. The rooms are big, clean and comes with all the necessities. The food is to die for, no matter what cuisine you order and the homemade cheese cake is to die for. The property is made beautifully with serene and quiet nooks and corners and it has a very calming and positive vibe. Special shout-out to the two most hospitable hosts, sanjay and devangshu who made sure our stay was super comfortable. Staff omi, dhaami and the chef naveen were super great. We stayed here for a week and felt right at home since day 1. It’s one of the best experience i’ve had, specially with remotely located properties. A hundred percent must stay if in ranikhet or majkhali. Absolute divine!

The is a small Yak and Yeti Inn with all the basic facilities. The good things: - view of the himalayas - nicely decorated play area - buddhism themed Yak and Yeti Inn - clean rooms and bathrooms - good service - wifi available with good speed - food had limited menu, but good the not so good - steep stairs - food rates were on the higher side compared to other places in ranikhet highly recommended if you need a quiet place to relax while enjoying the view of the mountains
