Very Bad Room! Not worth then 2k per night. Washroom was smelly. You can hear people from other rooms talking and using washrooms. There was dust on the side tables. Dirty foot mats. Food: This was good! If you really want to visit this place just go there for Dine-in. Dont book rooms

Wonderful stay at Yak and Yeti

I had a wonderful stay at Yak and Yeti Inn. The room was comfortable, and the bed heater was a unique touch, making the stay cozy, especially in the cold weather. The scenic view of the Himalayas from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking and made the experience truly special. The food was excellent, with great taste and quality. The highlight for me was the Kumauni Thali, which was simply delicious and a must-try for anyone visiting. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic retreat. I would definitely love to visit again!

The good things: - view of the himalayas - nicely decorated play area - buddhism themed hotel - clean rooms and bathrooms - good service - wifi available with good speed - food had limited menu, but good the not so good - steep stairs - food rates were on the higher side compared to other places in ranikhet highly recommended if you need a quiet place to relax while enjoying the view of the mountains

familyPros: property is nice. Food was good. View from room is nice. Balcony was spacious. Staff were friendly. Cons: need more cleanliness in rooms. We found some dead insects and spider webs around window. Room was not worth 7k per night, it should have been around 5k. Also in this much price they should have provided toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers at least. If they are charging the amount of 4 star hotel then they should provide 4 star facility as well.
