Yangthang Heritage

The deluxe room at the Yangthang Heritage was disappointing. From the window, you could see an under-construction building, and the front view wasn’t any better. After paying an additional amount, we were upgraded to a higher-category room, which was much more spacious with stunning views. Here are some pros and cons: pros: 1. The Yangthang Heritage staff is supportive and proactive. 2. The ambiance of the Yangthang Heritage is pleasant. 3. The food was decent and reasonably priced. 4. The Yangthang Heritage is located close to mg road (about 300 meters, making it convenient for shopping, and the price is affordable. Cons: 1. Although mg road is nearby, the walk is steep, which may not be suitable for children or senior citizens. 2. There were power cuts 2-3 times, and the backup generator took around 4-5 minutes to restore power. 3. The room heater is available for an extra charge, (but after negotiating for an upgrade for room after paying an extra amount, it was provided to us at no additional cost. 4. Breakfast was not a buffet; instead, a fixed menu was offered with items you could choose, and they served you at the table. Overall, it’s a mixed review.

The Yangthang Heritage is a 5 minute walk for mg marg. Hotel has well done interiors and the room had good amenities. Staff in the restaurant ant was very attentive especially deepa and catered to the needs including that of my kid. The restaurant had good eating options across indian, chinese and continental cuisines. They also arrange for local sightseeing on request though one needs to negotiate the rates during peak season. Overall a great experience.

Nice property, nearby mg marg however u have to walk uphill and downhill. Walking suitable for fit people. Taxi will take rs. 150 food is good, however property need little maintenance. Little bit pricy food. Hospitality is good specially lady guard and restaurant staff. We are on 5th floor and have a kangchenjunga peak view

This Yangthang Heritage was an amazing Yangthang Heritage. The room we got had an spectacular view and was very spacious. Food was good. The only con was receptionists was not smiling and the towels given to us had some stains. Rest everything was good in this Yangthang Heritage. Just 5 mins always from m g marg

Hotel was located near mg marg road. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The view of the mountains from the room was perfect. Only thing missing i think is ac otherwise perfect. Food from the restaurant is also very good and healthy. All the staffs were very polite and helpful. Overall a great stay!

The location was perfect just 5 mins walk to mg marg however the entrance to the Yangthang Heritage is a bit steep not suitable for elderly. The breakfast was good and the view from the room was also good. However the wi-fi connection was really poor inside the room. They need to upgrade it.

Superb Stay. Excellent Staff service. Hotel room is very vast and the outside view is very good. Morning breakfast is also good. Buffet type. Taste wise 4/5. Food delivery Apps is only accepted for the items which is not available with the Hotel. Other than that we really enjoyed our Stay.

All things are great. Food and location are good. All the staff were very good. Recommended for food and location.

Nice property near to mall road, the Yangthang Heritage location is bit confusing and is at down the slop from road. Stay was nice, food nice and staffs were very cooperative

I will say just worth for money all services are excellent….food was grt worth for money staffs are good ….for going near by places Dey will arrange car @ reasonable price nathula permit also Dey r arranging
