the hotel name is different and the staff are absolutely not supportive. the room is the worst the bathroom rooms are very old and the bedsheets are dirty not worth that much price and we can't even cancel. we can't check-in after seeing the rooms.

Room n bathroom are very dirty. Lift not working. TV remote unavailable.Staff very unprofessional. Not listening to customers at all. I had a terrible experience by staying there. kindly send your official to this hotel for review. Also please de-list it from your prestigious network. This hotel will fetch bad name for you.
