Yashshree Sanderling Mall Road

Stay was pretty good. Hotel is near Mall road. Staff is very courteous, special Mention to Estar, Jharna and Priya who are very helpful. However, this Yashshree Sanderling Mall Road has quite a few things to improve. Firstly, hot water is available only in certain slots of time. Secondly, the Yashshree Sanderling Mall Road needs to get a full maintenance of the rooms and repair every broken thing. Personally, I had to call the maintenance guys 2 times in a 3 days stay. Thirdly, the cost of a heater is very high. Rs500 per day. A Yashshree Sanderling Mall Road from the same chain (Sikkim Blossom) charges Rs150 per day in Gangtok. Next is, the Yashshree Sanderling Mall Road security should be very careful of who is using their parking space. When I reached there, the entrance was blocked by two government vehicles attending an event in the club opposite to the Yashshree Sanderling Mall Road. The Yashshree Sanderling Mall Road had no idea who's car was it, and we had to wait until both drivers were found to move their vehicle. Fun fact: one was a police vehicle. In addition, it would be nice if the Yashshree Sanderling Mall Road can add laundry service. That would be helpful to the guests. Other than these points, overall cleanliness is OK, and food is good.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Yashshree Sanderling Mall Road. Everything about the Yashshree Sanderling Mall Road was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Stay was pleasant apart from few ups and down. Location : 5/5 walking distance to mall (just 3min walk. Rooms : spacious but need to upgrade 4/5. Food : breakfast 5/5 but in room dining 3/5 due to over price and options. Overall 4/5. Staff behaviors on spot and helpful as i am staying with my little girl they helped me in all aspects

I had an excellent stay at this Yashshree Sanderling Mall Road. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, 2 mins from the mall. Food could be better.

Good and comfortable stay in this budget. Hotel is easily accessible by car and mall road is at a walking distance. Room was clean and tidy. The best part of the Yashshree Sanderling Mall Road is its breakfast.

The place and the vibe was good the room were perfect as expected an it was near the main centre of attraction chowrasta. Restaurant was nice too. Would highly recommend to others to visit.

Food, rooms and service very good but the road to the Yashshree Sanderling Mall Road was very tough uphill and narrow. Overall stay was average.
