Terrible Stay

The rooms were too dirty...the walls were having a lot of fungus due to moisture...bed spreads were not clean...Toilet was Indian toilet

no room service , no one listens to your request. After 9 pm you will not get water also and the water system is not working for the entire duration of my visit. no one is picking up the call, we got the room later around 11 pm instead of 10 pm after lots of arguments because the room was occupied and they are deliberately delaying to empty the room

Sir आपको जो तक्लिफ हुई उसके लिये हम क्षमा चाहते है next time हम ध्यान रखेंगे कि आपको तक्लिफ ना हो, दुसरी बात 2 bed आपका booking था वो late check आऊट हो राहा था इसलिये हुमणे आपको 2 bed के बदले 3 bed का room दे दिया था वो भी फुल्ल day के लिये लेकिन ये बात आपने मेंशन नाही कि sir request है जो गलत है उसके साथ जो सही है वोह भी बाता देना चाहिये बाकी दिलसे क्षमा चाहते है हम जरूर सर्विस सुधारेंगे

location is near to MTDC ganapatipule. food was terrible. Hot water was not available in morning time. after a frequent calls to caretaker finally they arranged hot water somehow. Room was specious but they don't provide basic things like toiletries, Bath towels etc.

Pros- it is very near to ganesh temple for which most of the people visit ganpatipule. Cons- it is not for family. Rooms are very much dirty. There were very small insects below the bed. Many spider webs were there. You will get hot water only in the morning. If you come from beach in the evening that too in winter you will have bath with cold water. Be-sin was also not clean. Toilet is indian. Bedsheets were dirty. No door mat was there. If you come with friends then only you will adjust in the room with very tight budget. It is very big no for couple and family.

Amenities are limited, good for stay, toilets are indian style, ample water available however toilet and washroom are broken with sharp edges on sink which can harm. Mosquito are real problem at night as the room lack ventilation, if windows are kept open mosquitoes are countless, a net should be present. A 3 star rating is for its location which is much closest to everything
