Full furnished very good homestay. Here are some pros and cons. Pros: 1. Location was very good 2. Very good balcony. Jungle view 3. Kitchen is also very good with microven, washing machine, gas stove, all essential good quality utensils. 4. Two bed rooms with attached bath 5. Very specious all toghther 6. Chek-in procedure also hassle free 7. All furniture in the appartment are of very good quality. 8. Host behaviour also very good cons: 1. Quality of breakfast sholud improved as compared to property is concern. 2. Wifi should arrange to guest

We stayed there for two days. I'll thank ans-had for personally receiving on first day. They were constantly checking if we are at ease & if need anything. I would recommend a full time caretaker considering the nature of the location.

Neat and clean place, bit away from the hassles of town, sulthan batheri. We two families stayed there. The environment and neighbourhood is calm and quiet. I recommend this place for those who are visiting wayanad.

It's the perfect place if you want to stay close to nature. We spotted a deer during our stay here. The breakfast wasn't that good though.
