Hotel is located near Nakki lake and is very convenient for nearby places to visit. Hotel staff and management is very friendly and welcoming. Food is good, quick services. Parking is bit tight but I had no issues. Hotel has generator in case of power failure.

very knit and clean hotel as well as hotel too. Ground staff are very helpful, very fast service room size is too large and giving luxurious feeling. over all very excited experience in the hotel.

The location was good and the facilities provided by the staff were excellent and the quality of the food provided was also good.

Everything was fine room was neat and clean too staff was helpful and well mannered except that lady at the reception (probably the manager there) she was very rude and not very helpful

This is a very dirty hotel and rain water was coming inside the room and the bed, blanket and bedsheet were all completely wet with moisture I raised a special request and mentioned the nine digit number of the property owner, it was a very bad experience👎👎👎👎👎

The property owner is arrogant lady. Food is so so and costly quantity wise less. We booked 3 super deluxe rooms but they provide us two deluxe and one super deluxe. one of the room is with leakage issue I told the manager but they didn't help us to solve the problem. They provide only sofa not sofa-cum-bed as mentioned in room details so don't misunderstood.

24x7 Hot Water. Neat and clean rooms. Good behaviour of staff. Location is best.

located at a very odd place on a small street. No parking facility. Restaurant service was very poor. no enough staff was there for kitchen. they charged additionally for a child. charged us additional for water bottles which was not ordered by us. The only good thing was cleanliness. room was spacious and clean

I found hotel location on make my trip app during searching better and economical 3 star stay in Abu. we booked super delux room with sofa cum bed for child with Breakfast including. Room is clean and provided with basic amenities with AC, TV, dental kit, shower kit, mineral water bottles, Tea, coffee with snacks. Hotel services are very good in terms of Dinner food and breakfast services. Also hotel staff is very kind and polite.
