The property is very very old, the washroom was unhygienic and flush was not working, the bedsheet was old and stained, the road to property was full of mud. Don’t go on the images it’s very old.

One of the highlights of Zolo Neel is the housekeeping service. The rooms are cleaned regularly, and the staff is responsive to requests. The property is also quite secure, with CCTV and biometric entry, which gave me peace of mind during my stay. There’s a common area where residents can relax, watch TV, or interact, which adds to the sense of community. High-speed Wi-Fi and laundry facilities are also included, which is a big plus. On the downside, the food service was inconsistent. While meals are included, the quality and variety could be improved. Also, during peak occupancy, the Wi-Fi speed sometimes dropped. Good stay for friendly budget and friendly atmosphere good staff clean and heightened

The room is damp and smelly, the linen was okay, the washroom was good but the jet spray was non functional, no towels and toiletries were given, water cooler is there with drinking water. There is a small shop right infront of the place but there are no timings that u can rely on. It is quite hard to find the place by the name z express novo, instead it is available as zolo novo on gmaps. The entire place is managed by a single person who seems to be available only on checkin and checkout.

Very close to TCS or GR tech park but roads are completely damaged which makes difficult to reach out to this location. I have also faced frequent power cuts.

First of all the location was incorrect on google maps. I had to walk 2 kms to reach the location. The rooms are decent but the flush is not working properly. Rest everything is fine considering the price.
