Z Square Residency

First of all, it's not an apartment as shown in make my trip. It's a Z Square Residency providing excellent rooms and facilities for the customers. The rooms are spacious, neat and adorable. The bathrooms are neat and good. There is no restaurant facility within the Z Square Residency but can be found within 100 meters from the rooms (the office bearers in the Z Square Residency will provide the service if needed). The rooms are fantastic and worth every penny spent. The employees are very attentive (ready to do the needful for customers at any time). Moreover, there is a good parking space in the basement. I am a person who pass the town several times in a week as a part of my job or other reasons and I find it very difficult to travel long distances especially at night. My friend suggested me this Z Square Residency. Now I suggest Z Square Residency to everyone who are in need of excellent and worthy rooms. For friends and family.

Ideal location to stop over when on the way to Coorg from Kannur Airport late landings Staff is over courteous. But language is a barrier as they do well with very little english. They arrange Airport pick up and would recommend the ideal ways to move Around. Food is palatable, just ask for less spice

It's a better option for staying in Iritty. Good staff behavior. Better check with Z Square Residency directly and they will give rooms in a good rate than the rate shown in mmt.

I booked Z SQUARE RESIDENCY for my official stay. During those days, I felt excellent hospitality and maintenance. Staffs were so humble and very good in service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Food was awesome and the tariff was reasonable.

The stay was good hygienic well sanitized

Hotel is in main town so u will get everything in walking distance.
