we have booked the room by seeing the photos, but it's totally different from photos, staffs are not friendly, in fact little annoying when we asked for basic items for door delivery, delayed too much. bed is too small for couple and small kid.. not recommended to others untill they change their mindset.. it's not at all advised for any business people even though they have mentioned that premium business Hotel. staffs are not pleasant at all.. our decision was wrong to book this expensive room and it was little stressful by the staffs behaviour.

The hotel does not have a proper restaurant for meals. The room service charge extra rs 70 for each meal brought from outside. There are no decent restaurants around the hotel. The meals are provided from only one restaurant there is no choice. Rooms are okay and staff are well mannered. However proper restaurant facilities are required. Already checked out
